Sahara (reviewerofallthingsromantic) | 12 comments Hey guys
Can anyone help me find the name of a book? I am desperate at this point. Its a paranormal romance I think a novella as it was short that came out this year 2015. Heroine is an ugly (forget how i think it was a scar) maid. Hero is a handsome powerful man. He gathered his staff including heroine to talk about the party he is hosting. He asks his right hand man to gather a group of women he can share that night. Right hand man offers maid a magical disguise despite her doubts and hero ends up sleeping with only her that night and wants to claim her. Next day i think she sneaks off resumes her duties until he finds her.

If there is a better place to post this let me know

Claudia Ayala (claudia_ayala) | 149 comments Hi everyone!

Lately I´ve been in a mood for some lighter books, so I read some contemporary romances, but they weren’t all that satisfying. I finished The Marquess of Cake (Redcakes, #1) by Heather Hiestand , Fallen by Celeste Bradley , Irish Thoroughbred (Irish Hearts, #1) by Nora Roberts , The One for Me (January Cove, #1) by Rachel Hanna , Finders Keepers (Lost and Found, #3) by Nicole Williams , Nobody's Baby But Mine (Chicago Stars, #3) by Susan Elizabeth Phillips , El Protector by Isabel Keats and Suddenly a Father (Crimson, Colorado #3) by Michelle Major .

Also, read Bound to Darkness (Midnight Breed #13) by Lara Adrian , Stroke of Midnight (Midnight Breed, #13.5) by Lara Adrian , Hush, Hush (Hush, Hush, #1) by Becca Fitzpatrick , Crescendo (Hush, Hush, #2) by Becca Fitzpatrick , Silence (Hush, Hush, #3) by Becca Fitzpatrick , Finale (Hush, Hush, #4) by Becca Fitzpatrick and Pia Does Hollywood (Elder Races, #8.6) by Thea Harrison . I enjoyed them.

Finally, finished some of the few Ilona Andrews´s books I haven’t read: A Mere Formality by Ilona Andrews , Of Swine and Roses by Ilona Andrews and Sweep in Peace (Innkeeper Chronicles #2) by Ilona Andrews , and I really loved them.

message 35778: by Amac (new)

Amac | 39 comments currently reading Ice Planet Barbarians The Complete Series (Ice Planet Barbarians, #1) by Ruby Dixon and liking it a lot.

The title 'Complete Series' is misleading since this is the first book in a series (the first book originally released as a serial and this release is all of the serials combined). It's been awhile since I've been excited to start a series, aw

Sophie (sophieg13) | 64 comments I'm about to start a sample of paper magician. Has anyone read this?

message 35781: by BarbaraAnn (new)

BarbaraAnn | 16 comments This is the danger of goodreads. I had never heard of paper magician and was happy in my ignorance. When I saw your post, I checked it out and it looks really good. Now I want to read it (keep reminding myself that patience is a virtue and I have plenty to read for now). Amyway, Happy Reading!

I just finished Midnight's Daughter (Dorina Basarab, #1) by Karen Chance . This is a spinoff to the Cassie Palmer series and I actually like it better than the original series, although I like that series too.

message 35790: by ♥ Ashleigh ♥ (new)

♥ Ashleigh ♥ Contrary to popular belief I'm not actually mad! (cheshire_red) So apparently its been a while since I've commented on here.
Been reading some excellent books!
I almost finished the Black Magicians Series - only have The High Lord (Black Magician, #3) by Trudi Canavan to go. I'm up to date on the Steampunk Chronicle series and the Other's series. just waiting on Marked in Flesh (The Others, #4) by Anne Bishop The Girl with the Windup Heart (Steampunk Chronicles, #4) by Kady Cross to come out.
I started a new series, A Dance of Cloaks (Shadowdance, #1) by David Dalglish though its not as good as the Night Angel series by Brent Weeks. And i read one historical fiction (based on a real-life badass queen) The Girl King by Meg Clothier and one realistic fiction Luckiest Girl Alive by Jessica Knoll .

All fantastic books. Now re-reading the whole Cassie Palmer series with 2 friends, currently on Touch the Dark (Cassandra Palmer, #1) by Karen Chance
