I recommend reading the second and last one in this trilogy because it's as good as the first one... All three books have something new to offer, making the whole story of Phedre and Jocscelin all the more richer :)

Irene (irenemikhaylova) | 478 comments So finished reading Her Ladyship's Curse (Disenchanted & Co., Book 1, Part #1) by Lynn Viehl , His Lordship Possessed (Disenchanted & Co., Book 1, Part #2) by Lynn Viehl and The Clockwork Wolf (Disenchanted & Co., #2) by Lynn Viehl - I loved all of them. Steampunk is becoming one of my favorite genres! Also finished reading A Wolf's Song by Shannon Phoenix , One Night of Passion (Danvers, # 1) by Elizabeth Boyle and Earls Just Want to Have Fun (Covent Garden Cubs, #1) by Shana Galen - all three interesting and worth reading. Loved Copper Beach (Dark Legacy, #1) by Jayne Ann Krentz - looking forward to reading the second book in the series. Finished listening to the Rogue Rider (Lords of Deliverance #4; Demonica #9) by Larissa Ione - love me some Resef! It was great to see him and not Pestilence. Also read Eternal Kiss (Mark of the Vampire, #2) by Laura Wright and Eternal Captive (Mark of the Vampire, #3) by Laura Wright for the challenge - the idea is interesting, the characters are very strong and likable, but the crude language made me cringe on more then one occasion, and I'm not talking about the direct speech either :(

Started listening to the Highland Warrior (Campbell Trilogy, #1) by Monica McCarty and reading Masters of Seduction Volume 2 (Masters of Seduction #5-8) by Lara Adrian and The Care and Feeding of Stray Vampires (Half Moon Hollow, #1) by Molly Harper - I like all of them at this point!

Aria von Dimple (ariavondimple) | 5 comments I'm currently into Jane Yellowrock series. At the moment, I'm reading the third book of the series Mercy Blade (Jane Yellowrock, #3) by Faith Hunter .
I do have mixed feelings about this book but fingers crossed, I do hope that'll turn out to be something really, really good.

I think I really need someone to kick some serious butt right now. Do awesome and dangerous female MC's make me feel empowered? Well, yes they do. And when I'm feeling a little blue, this is exactly what I need.

I really should take martial arts classes of some sort.

Christy (christy_kennedy) | 184 comments Just finished Archangel's Enigma (Guild Hunter, #8) by Nalini Singh . Spectacular! The best in the Guild Hunter's series and that says a lot! Love Naasir and his Andi(Andromeda). Hits the ground running and left this reader enthralled with great action and fight scenes, excellent writing and we meet an Ancient who is actually pretty cool. Raphael keeps getting more powerful and Zhou Lijuan must DIE!. Cant wait until next year!

Now on to Dark Ghost (Dark, #28) by Christine Feehan .

I did feel the ending was predictable. Same with the Vampire Academy series. I didn't read the Dark Swan because of hearing how that series ended.

Maggie the Muskoka Library Mouse (mcurry1990) I am currently reading a few books. Darkness of Light by Stacey Marie Brown, which is first in the "Darkness" series, Susannah's Garden by Debbie Macomber, which is part of the "Blossom Street" series, and Lucy Talk by Fiona Walker.

Liv, the book has a lot of good reviews. I even looked at some friend's reviews with similar tastes, and they liked it... Maybe it just wasn't the right time. I'll give it a try in a few months... ;)

Thought a pirate Hero sounded like fun. Got Corsets & Crossbones by Heather C. Myers as a freebie so I started it. I'm struggling to read this book; just barely finished the Prologue and I'm frazzled. Not in a good way. (My editor hat keeps appearing with each sentence I read. I keep thinking, did the author actually use that word or phrase? Did she have an editor?) Sure hope it gets better very soon.
