Veronica Rosa (veronicadelrosa) I'm reading Explicit Detail (Explicit, #2) by Scarlett Finn . Not my usual kind of read, but I read the first one and enjoyed it.
I'll be hunting for a new series though. Currently waiting for new releases for my usual series.

message 34002: by Dee (new)

Dee (phonebooklady) I may have to many devises.

I'm listening to Dark Desire (Dark, #2) by Christine Feehan and Broken Soul (Jane Yellowrock, #8) by Faith Hunter

I'm reading Daughter of the Night (Austra Family, #4) by Elaine Bergstrom , Kissing with Fangs (Flirting with Fangs Trilogy, #3) by Ashlyn Chase and Midnight Kiss (Midnight, #1) by Nancy Gideon

Amac | 39 comments Immortal (Fallen Angels, #6) by J.R. Ward

Undecided if I'm going to tear through this book in the next 24 hours or wait till the weekend when I can read it without any distractions.

SPOILER ISH: I think I'm in the minority where I want Sissy and Heron to HEA. Some people think it's weird cause she (was) young. Depends on how Ward frames it, I think, and she's usually that good a writer.

I'm actually really nervous to read this. I have a feeling one of our lead angels isn't going to get what they want or what I want them to have :-/

Guilty to admit it, but I haven't read Possession (Fallen Angels, #5) by J.R. Ward yet.

I finished this one last week, I was blown away by how good it was! So I also bought the rest of the series!

Jenna | 53 comments I'm not seeing too many lighter stories in the "currently reading" piles. (Although, I too love a good dark, angsty romance) Does anyone enjoy their paranormal romance with a fair amount of comedy? Like:
Semi-Charmed by Isabel Jordan
Or:
How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf (Naked Werewolf, #1) by Molly Harper
Or:
Fashionably Dead (Hot Damned, #1) by Robyn Peterman

Oh I've been itching to read that! And I want Jim an Sissy to have an HEA too... After you read it, can you tell us here if they do?

I was just thinking the other day that I need something by Molly Harper or Dakota Cassidy.

I'm so glad! I was starting to feel like I was the only one. I LOVE Molly Harper, but haven't read any Dakota Cassidy. What do you recommend?

message 34012: by Dee (new)

Dee (phonebooklady) The Accidental Werewolf (Accidentals, #1) by Dakota Cassidy

The first half of this book had me wanting to throw my kindle out the window. Then it got good. I think it's very funny.

Depends on the mood, but I do love some laughs while reading some vamps or weres. I've been going back and forth on whether or not to read How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf (Naked Werewolf, #1) by Molly Harper for a while. Might give it a go.

Oh, definitely give it a try. I really enjoyed it. Molly Harper is a master at comedy that isn't too slapstick. It's just really clever and witty.

Thanks! I'll give it a try. Although, if it's going to endanger my Kindle (aka: The Precious), it might not be worth it...

Can't make myself finish listening Tangle of Need (Psy-Changeling, #11) by Nalini Singh - it's not as interesting as other books and not really about "main" characters. And I don't want to skip it in case there's important stuff for the series. Though, I like the chemistry between Hawke and Sienna.
