Im about half way through . Mr. Wall has interwoven an intricate plot to say the least. I'm usually not a big fan of action, but the way he writes it is fluid and interesting. My husband has told me in the past that in Kung fu movies some of the characters express their personalities and ideals through their fighting styles. I feel a little of that instilled in this novel. Especially with one of his half-demon characters. Mr. Wall's narrative has me in its clutches!

I've just finished with which was a good zombie read.

I just finished Nora Roberts' Whiskey Beach and Sandra Brown's Breath of Scandal. I needed a break from prn. Whiskey Beach was vintage Nora Roberts and was a decent romance in the romantic suspense subgenre. A good beach read. (Nope, not an intentional play on words.) Breath of Scandal was well-written, but the trope was two badly damaged people finding redemption in their love for one another. At least in my mind, it's an over-used trope. Brown did her usual good writing job, but there were places the book dragged a bit. And places where I could see the writer's hand in plot twists and turns.

Time to go back to paranormal!

I decided to revisit the Demonica series while waiting for and to arrive from Amazon. :)

Currently reading . The first time I tried this series, I read Book 1 which was awesome and Book 2 which was okay, but for some reason, I just could not go on with Passion Unleased - this was over a year ago. So, I went back and read the last book in the series and loved it! Sometimes, I guess you have to walk away for a while and then come back with a different frame of mind. Go figure. :)
