i felt the same way about Riding Wild Nina. but i'm glad to hear the series gets better as it goes on.

LOVE the Rock Chick series. Each one is better than the last..."
I am not far into it at all lol not even 20% of the way in I think. I've not been able to read as much as I'd like to have been.It started out really really slow but it looks like things are about to get better. I remember I read the blurb ages ago & I usually don't read them. I read the blurb & then add it to my TBR list & usually takes me forever to get around to reading it & I have forgotten the blurb.I have remembered a small part of it but that doesn't matter. I'll still read it. I just like not knowing much about a book so I can make my own assumptions without the hidden messages in the blurbs that'd give the book away. Yes I know....I'm weird but it makes the reading far more interesting

Glad to go back to PNR/Fantasy :-)"
I've been distracted by Shelly Laurenston's Magnus Pack series away from this series. Eager to know what you think about it. :)
P.S The temptation to jump straight to Hawk's story was too great that time and I knew that if I gave in, I would surely regretted. GAH! Hawk! :D

Which one is the one with Hawk? I looked through the reviews, couldn't find it..
I'm going there a bit conscious that some of my GR friends didn't like it as much as the first one.
I avoided reviews but just the star rating system is playing with my feelings before I read the book!
:-)
We shall see!

Hawk's one is in Kiss of Snow, the tenth book! *URGH!* and yeah, the RATING, plays with my feeling every single damn time. :o

I really liked

I knew Singh had me when I read the prequel (short story mind you) and it blew me away! I'm not a huge novella/short story fan so it was quite the accomplishment!

But I'm hoping the ARC I got of

Singh had me with the Guild Hunter series.
I have to say, this one, I have to concentrate more to understand the Psy world (a bit complicated at times!) but what I really love is the development of the MC from start to end. Espcially with this one, Sasha wasn't that bad!

Number 12!?
I didn't know there were so many. I don't usually go for long series, that's why I'm reluctant to starting the 'In Death' one, but I'm realising there are good and it would be a shame to miss out on them!

Estelle, you just need to find some other folks who haven't read it yet (or want to reread) and set up a book-a-month buddy read. It's a great way to pace yourself through a longer series and it makes sure you do get back to it each month.

Under the Never Sky has been popping up every where lately. I'm going to have to check this out.
And yeah, I'd definitely recommend hopping back to Psy/Changelings!

Also finished

Under the Never Sky is good! =) I liked it a lot.

You're right.. and I don't have to read all 38 books either!! :-)

I loved Under The Never Sky :) and sadly didn't like Through The Ever Night as much though.

I'm getting ready to start Guild Hunter:)

Next up, I'm planning to read the first story (Guild Hunter 0.5) in

Lucky You!!

EVERYBODY returns in every single book! It's an amazing series! \o/

Too many choices and I don't know where to go!!!...!!!
I'm very close to starting this

where I have a 'next read' list the size of the great wall of china..

I'm 20% of the way in & it's going good, Tex is still my favourite though, he's a funny trouble maker & I love him
