Thanks Girl. We were so lucky. I feel blessed. We had some flooding but nothing like the devastation in the NE. I am praying for everyone up North.
I finished but when I found out was out I had to read it and let me tell you it is one of the best in the series. I loved it.

So I did end up finishing last night even with the Parent Teacher conference I had!

I really loved the book for the most part, but I found the ending to be quite a disappointment. I don't need Vlad to confess his love or for them to define their relationship at the end, but I would have been happy if Frost had just omitted the epilogue altogether. At least let me walk away with a happy feeling... I still think they'll have their HEA...it's just postponed.

Now I'm getting ready to start I didn't realize it was a spin-off series until after I got books 1-3 from the publisher. Has anybody read this? Will I be completely lost without reading the Dark Sword series first?
