Christine | 1127 comments @ Jenne and Ty, I don't know if I can handle it if City of Ghosts (Downside Ghosts, #3) by Stacia Kane is really better. Unholy Magic put me through the wringer. How many more times can my heart break? (view spoiler) But I loved every moment of it.

Read it, read it, read it! It's amazing how likeable and sympathetic the author has managed to make a drug addict. It's very dark and gritty and intense, but soooo good!

Thanks for the recommendation :) they're in my huge TBR pile. Actually bought the first 3 books to the series months ago just haven't been able to get to them but I'm definitely going to read then soon.

I have read that series. The first book was not my favorite but the rest of the series is pretty good. I am glad I did not stop with the first book because they definitely got better.

You will love Hawke's book. I promise. It is one of the best books I read last year. I felt the same way about the few books before Hawke's, but everyone told me to read all the books.

Stephanie F I'm just finishing Timeless (Parasol Protectorate, #5) by Gail Carriger and I love it. I'm mad at myself that it took me this long to start this series and now sad that I'm reading the final one.

btw..anyone know a series similar to this romance/comedy/sci-fi with a bit of steampunk thrown in?

I hope she does a lot more on this series, it seems so long in between books. I find this series is unique to all the other's out there on the market.

that's really good to hear! I'm not looking forward to the 2 books before Hawke's as the characters do not interest me, but I will read it for the continuing storylines.

I love the characters, I love the drama, the hilarious situations they get themselves into. The men... YUM... It's great all the way around. Only thing I would like more of is some of the steamy scenes! It's totally pg-13... Oh well I still love em.

I haven't gotten to it yet unfortunately :( all my group reads have me on lock down and honestly my TBR pile is way way too huge but ill get to it eventually. But of course you'll probably read it way before me so let me know how tour like it :)

Ward I know it is out of order to the series, however, I wanted to finish the series that is out before my College classes began. I love THe Black Dagger Brotherhood. I cannot say that I have just one favorite "Brother" I love them all. For those who have not read this series; I would HIGHLY recommend that you do.

I LOVE Kristen Ashley. And apparently her Until the Sun Falls from the Sky by Kristen Ashley is excellent if you want to read a KA paranormal.

Nina (msralways) | 528 comments I just finished reading Desire Unchained (Demonica, #2) by Larissa Ione and it was so very freaking good, even better than the first. Now I'm almost done with Seduction and Snacks (Chocolate Lovers #1) by Tara Sivec and it's pretty good, but from a review that I read I thought that it was going to be better. But still, it's a pretty good book and funny as hell.

Jordy (jordycrazyromanceaddict) I'm currently listening to Iron Crowned (Dark Swan, #3) by Richelle Mead and I'm suprised how captivated by the series I am....it reminds me a little of Georgina Kincaid, Charley Davidson, Merry Gentry, Fever series all mixed up!!
