I think the next two are even better than the first.

Kelleigh (goodreadscomsunshine2047) I am currently reading book 5 of the Immortal Instruments series. It's been entertaining so far, definitely not my favorite though. Really hope to find another good series to pick up after this one. Seems my options are slim! :(

message 24359: by Sillylittlefishey (new)

Sillylittlefishey | 1025 comments Finished reading the book I won on goodreads Child of Destiny (The Genesis Continuum, #1) by George H. Elder ...it was terrible!!

Now I'm reading
Changeless (Parasol Protectorate, #2) by Gail Carriger and it's been much easier to get into than the first one was....I think it took me a long time to understand what was going on with so many people and Carriger calling them several different names for one person Woolsey, the Earl, Conall, and then just getting used to the way they talk in general. But so far I've not had that problem with this installment.

Sorry Shaineinok.....I don't list all the books I read....I am lazy...sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I have Kate Daniels and everyone raves about it and I have wanted to try it....thanks, I know I hear that the first book is confusing.

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) that's somehow the wrong Fair game... and I know I had put the right one being Patricia Briggs Alpha and Omega's Fair game lol.

I just finished up The Darkest Surrender (Lords of the Underworld, #8) by Gena Showalter this just might be my fav of the series now. And getting ready to read The Guardian (Dark-Hunter, #21; Dream-Hunter, #5) by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Moving on to the next book If You Know Her (The Ash Trilogy, #3) by Shiloh Walker !

message 24376: by J.T. (new)

J.T. Geissinger (jtgeissinger) I just finished Mystery Man by Kristin Ashley. Liked Motorcycle Man better, but she really knows how to write a sexy uber alpha male. Definitely recommend it, though it's not PNR.

Zarah (zarischka) | 21 comments Don't know is this book really fits here, but since I have just started it I won't know until later so I'm chancing it... ;)

Grave Sight (Harper Connelly #1)

I'm not exactly a huge fan of ms Harris. I find her way of describing everyone's looks a bit tedious. Especially when she mixes up her characters and suddenly changes their eyecolour in the middle of a scene... ;)
Has anyone read these? Are they worth it? (I have the first two. Got them on sale. Wondering if I shuld try to get the other ones asap or just not at all? ;))

I read all the Harper Connelly books and I really enjoyed them. If you are planning to read this series, you might want to get all four. I don't want to spoil anything, but there is stuff that gets mentioned in book one that will only be resolved in later books.
