It is the first book in a series of bad boys.....I am not sure if they are related or all stand alones yet. IN the back of this book she says to get Creed's story next.....but nothing on the internet yet talks about it. We shall see.

This is worth the read....this author takes you to a very uncomfortable place....not the sex but the relationship.....I still love Knight.....despite it all!

I hope some people read this because it will be a book we will discuss. I liked it and am glad I read it.

EowynRN | 121 comments Just finished Lover Reborn (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #10) by J.R. Ward last night, and was not a big fan at all. IT was unrealistic, and from a nursing perspective a little unhealthy to replace one lover with another when you aren't ready. Not sure what to read next, but I recommended the KMM Fae series to a friend, so I might read that since she's on book 3 and keeps wanting to talk about it and I can't remember what happens where.

PS. I seriously hope the next book is Blay/Quinn. Just sayin...

It is hard. You have to read it. I am at 50% now and it is hot, sexy, and crazy. I cannot explain it. You will be pissed and uncomfortable. I am saying nothing else about it. You'll have to read.

Julie, if you are worried about the BDSM in this book, I was totally taken unaware of it when I read it and it is a bit uncomfortable in the beginning. I think the author wants you to be uncomfortable because the girl in the story is too but it all starts to fall together and there is a strong back story. I am not into BDSM at all but still ended up loving these books.

I'm a little nervous about starting Fifty Shades. I've read great things and not so great things. I hope I won't be correcting grammatical errors as I go through it. I have read books with glaring errors/poor edits and just cannot get into the book when that happens. But I will see how it goes.

Holly (hollypickett7) | 5 comments I just finished On the Island. Strictly romance. It was surprisingly good. It's about a teacher who takes a job during the summer to tutor a boy who just beat cancer. His parents want to take him to an island and have the teacher come. The boy and his tute leave at a different day than his parents and their plane went down. Struggles, facing death, dehydration, sharks and lack of shelter. It's a really captivating nook. I read it all last night. I couldn't put it down

Pansy | 740 comments Okay. I finished Bloodright (Blood Moon Rising Trilogy, #2) by Karin Tabke and I am not happy. I cannot go into detail because a lot of you have not read it but it really pissed me off. I was so angry with the characters that I had to remember that this is a book. I am torn. I was captivated by the story but I hated what the author did to the characters. I hated Falon but Lucien is sex on legs. You guys will have to read then we can discuss.

A Quick Bite was actually published after the next three books in the series, because the publishers felt it was a weak book and didn't want to start out with a female vampire/human male combo for the first book. The publishers were right of course, even though this eventually got published and Sands thinks it should be first. I read the next three books first and fell in love with the series, while thinking this book was only ok.
