I just found out too. I am absolutely in love with Dexter. The book is really well written and very close to the TV series. In fact, a lot of dialogue from the series, so far, has been verbatum. Although, I am only on book 1.

Sillylittlefishey | 1025 comments I just finished Bright Young Things (Bright Young Things, #1) by Anna Godbersen ...I thought it started out good, but was plagued with predictability making it meh.

Starting Wyoming Brides Denim and Diamonds\The Wyoming Kid by Debbie Macomber and then I'll get back to my paranormal books.

Oh, good. At least I know it's not just me. :) What is the next one in the series. Do I switch to the Huntress World next? (Why is it so confusing?) LOL I was thinking Devil to Pay (Night Huntress, #3.5) by Jeaniene Frost was the next, but I've seen other jump to Destined for an Early Grave (Night Huntress, #4) by Jeaniene Frost .

I couldnt put it down! Love the main character Benny imura. It is a coming of age tale with lots of heart! A must read!

Next read, Serpent's Kiss (Elder Races, #3) by Thea Harrison or The Shadow Reader (McKenzie Lewis #1) by Sandy Williams or Heart of Darkness (Bound by Magick, #1) by Lauren Dane ????

It's one of the best sesies I've read. It'll pulled you in like no other. I was quite a zombie for days, everything stopped until I finished the books. This was when I discovered I needed to read a couple books at time before I'm all consumed by Jamie. Enjoy!

Now I have just started Undead and Unwed (Undead, #1) by MaryJanice Davidson I was told it was funny and I'm in the mood for a giggle. :)

message 19170: by PepperP0t (new)

PepperP0t | 539 comments So many books -- so little time. I'm reading The Reluctant Dom by Tymber Dalton an emotionally charged, ill-fated romance/erotica. Almost halfway through I've hovering at a 4star rating.

Sounds like you have given me my next book. I have so many to work thru for challenges - but I'll try to make this one fit into a challenge & swap another out. I am a huge fan of KGI.

Just finished The Reluctant Dom by Tymber Dalton and will shortly begin Whispers in the Dark (KGI, #4) by Maya Banks . Reluctant was good as everyone says and has some tear-jerking moments.

I'm kinda upset because its really starting to get good but I just can't find the time of day to read. I only get a few pages in every day. It's just not enough for me to get really into it. I have heard only great things about this series. I have yet to hear someone say that they didn't enjoy them. It's not often that you come across a series that most everyone enjoyed. Says alot about the Author and her writing.

We'll have to see which one fit my mood at the time.

Katya | 645 comments Is it me...or is it when ever there are alot of vampires in a book there is alot of smack down fighting?

Twisted necks, gun shot wounds, power bursts, broken bones and heads chopped off as well as a whole lot of staken' goin' on? How does anyone stay alive in any of these things?

After I finish This Same Earth (Elemental Mysteries Book #2) by Elizabeth Hunter , and I am almost done....I think I need something more calm and sedate...maybe something sweet and emotional. I am worn out!

I really liked the first two, and the 3rd was still good, but the guys didn't really "do it" for me...and the freaky way they do their actual alien bonding sex is not so hot, but was still a good enough book overall. However the setup for book 4 doesn't really have me interested in reading it right away, so I think I'm going to skip to Lora Leigh's
Lawe's Justice (Breeds, #26) by Lora Leigh next.

Julie | 188 comments Finished up Bound By Darkness (Guardians of Eternity, #8) by Alexandra Ivy and liked it well enough; can't wait for Caine and Cassandra's book! Although hope Nefri is not going to get her own book; already sad that Santiago is gonna be wasted on her. For her brief appearances, she came off not only cold and aloof, but stupid; just very unlikable...

Next up is Whispers in the Dark (KGI, #4) by Maya Banks which looks just great. Not really a PNR, but looks like some telepathy elements so I can still use for the challenge. Win, win for me as I really like the KGI series!

I think it has at least 5 so far. But hoping to get through it tonight as my dryer is broke and have to run to the laundry mat, some were I was hoping to never have to go again...lol but should have plenty of time to read.
Then I think it will be on to Blood Warrior (The Alexa Montgomery Saga #1) by H.D. Gordon as I made the mistake of reading the 1st chapter and really want to get to reading it now, but knew I would not be picking up A Modern Witch if I started it.
