I thought of the same thing, and took a break before starting
, and know I'm eeking through the middle. I think I'll do a "everyother" thing...like everyother book will be a Breed, and mix it up with something else. There are some of the Breed books I'm looking forward to, but they're not for awhile (I think).

I've been wanting to read this series for a while. I am about halfway through and love it!
Fixing to start

I'm liking the series so far.
Hi everyone, I just noticed the Goodreads awards voting time is here. I voted for Shadowfever as the best paranormal fantasy book of the year. I hope everyone votes for their particular favourite, it will be great to see all the results and get an idea of what is the most popular PNR and Urban fantasy book of the year.

and WHEW, it's another hot one!! I usually don't stray from my PNR/Urban Fantasy go-to genres, but I stepped out & tried something new based on a recommendation... and wow, steamy, sure glad I did.
Oh and

We do not have the Highlanders audio in our library. I would love to listen to the audio. I prefer not to pay for it. I saw it in Barnes and Noble. It is a so expensive.

I love Merit and the gang...but after Hard Bitten I'm a bit worried. Pondering Deep Drink, haven't started reading it yet. Wondering if I should wait a bk or 2 to see if CN will give the readers what they lost in Hard Bitten. No spoilers but wink, wink - you know what I'm talking about.

A Bite to Remember by Lynsay Sands.
Now reading La Luxure by C. D. Hussey. Not very far into it but really enjoying her writing style. She has a way of describing things that totally make you feel like you are right there in the story! Cant wait to see how this one turns out!

But in the second book she introduces a whole cast of other characters who then get their own books. I really liked the books centered on the other characters. Just food for thought.
I currently started the Lara Adrian Midnight Breed series and I'm hooked. Also reading everything I can find by Sherrilyn Kenyon.
