On the whole, I would say yes. The world building has a very political feel to it. Lots of moral questions and shades of grey. I love the hero but the romance hasn't really gotten off the ground yet. Hopefully that area will pick up soon.

I just joined this group, and looking at the previous posting clearly shows me my TBR list will never recover (not to mention my wallet!). I thought the Cellies on the WARDens site had a ton of suggestions...this chat group puts them to shame! I couldn't be happier! *revels in all the books*

I'm finally finishing up the Darkyn Series by Lynn Viehl. I didn't care much for the first book, had mixed feelings about books 2-4, but I loved book 5 and am really liking book 6 so far. I'm really looking forward to the final book, staring Robin of Locksley. Yes, that Robin!
Just started Lindsay Sand's Love Bites. Hope it's good.

It got up to a slower start then what the books I'm normally used to since they didn't really get together until pretty much the end but all in all I did really enjoy it and liked the humor of the characters...

I Love her Succubus series. Haven't read the last one yet.
I'm reading The Highlander's Touch
- the third in the Highlander series. I really love Karen Marie Moning! The Fever series is my favorite, but the Highlander books are not disappointing!
Fangtasia...I'm on book three of the C.Feehan series...so far so good...how are you liking it?
I love the Dark Series.... Dark Prince is my favorite... The only 4 I haven't read is Dark Celebration, Dark Posession(They only have hard copy here which are $30 each) , Dark Predator, Dark Slayer because there was weird language in the one I tried reading and Dark hunger because it was more like a comic which I didn't like much but other then those ones I love the series... Really like her ghost walker series too... I DL my books now since it's a lot easier to afford lol

All very good books. Will definitely be buying the next in each series. BDB was by far my favorite. I just couldn't put it down and the passion between Wrath and Beth was amazing. You just had to love it! My husband is even reading it now. He said it's a little girlie but still good. And that fist scene in Halfway to the Gave was mind blowing...lol I am now starting

Thanks, Pansy! My list is right around the length of yours...and that was BEFORE I joined this discussion group. But that's okay - I'm addicted to books. At this point, it's bordering on obsession. I might need meetings AND medication to pull through. :)

The BDB series is by far my all time favorite series. The only one that comes close is Gena Showalter's Lords of the Underworld...but even they can't truly touch the Brothers. :)

Gonna read part 2 of Shadowfalls today! The book finally got delivered last night!!!
I won this book on goodreads free giveaways and I'm enjoying it so far. About a third of the way through and liking the concept of the story. These two women join in their hunt to figure out where on set of parents have been taken to and the other is trying to find out more about herself.

Jolyn, I am loving it. I love Zsadist and Bella and although I wish I knew about this book when it was released it's really nice finding it as a surprise.

I love seeing him struggle with fatherhood. After everything he's been through it would have seemed odd to me that he would live happily ever after and not have any conflict. It's nice to see him work through it. I think he's moving up into my favorite spot for the brothers, although it'll be tough to knock V out of my number 1.

LOL It seems with any BDB fan, V and Z are at the top. I love that. Z will always be my favorite, but V is definitely a close second (tied with John Matthew). Oh man...now I want to reread this book! :)

I love Z too but my two favorites are Rhage & Rhevenge. I had heard about this book but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. This is a novella - right? Is it available for the Nook?
