I thought IN DEATH is one of the best audiobook out there. Usually I wanted to finish the book in 2-3 days but I found that I can physically be with my family like tv time, doing stuffs on the computer and of course driving while listening...combining the best of both world.

Hey Magda I really want to know what you think about Here Kitty, Kitty! I've been wanting to read it!

I'll be sure to post after I'm done.

I read 'Moon over Manifest' for my book club and thought it was so good. 5 Stars. I'm interested to know what you think of it.

I will say I am a bit irritated with what Charlaine is doing with Alcide in this one, since I have always really liked Alcide..../sigh/..

Thanks!

This is the start of a new series and I am surprized by how good it is.
It has a bit of the Frost feel. It is working up its own mythlogy. The writing is good and the characters engaging. I recommend it!
I would not say its anything new but it is good. Like pudding.

My love for Laurenton is unending. lol

Lyndsey, have you read the Dragon Kin series? Is it snarky & funny like her shifter books?
Cali, preach it! I love her!

I don't know why my library doesn't have Magnus Pack. I can't really complaint bc they have Pride and you've mentioned they're just as good. SL will be a new author for me and I can't wait to sink my teeth into her talent.

I was worried about that too, but I've read that the next book is supposed to come out next year. There will be a Dory book before the next Cassie book comes out, so the wait shouldn't be too bad.
The book was awesome by the way, highly recommend.

I'm doing the same thing. I'm on Bloody Bones. It's taken me forever to start this series, but they get better and better!

Bloody Bones is #5. But I have to go back and read Circus of the Damned because it's been checked out from the library every time I've been. Hopefully I can get it next. Then pick back up with #6. So you aren't very far behind me. I love her writing--she is so descriptive and cryptic. My only complaint is I wish there was more romance :-) I'm a Jean Claude fan myself!
