I read a lot of audiobooks because I am in sales, and I am in my car for hours. One of the best series on audio that I have listened to is the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. The narrator is Renee Raudman, and she is by far the best I have ever listened to - she conveys emotion through her voice. I highly recommend this series.

Mrs.Vishous-Kattalakis-Belikov :::Para Itch Reviews::: (vanesmate) I am reading Amaury's Hellion (Scanguards Vampires, #2) by Tina Folsom ...it is HOT HOT HOT!!!

Tracy T. | 252 comments I'm reading Last Dragon Standing (Dragon Kin, #4) by G.A. Aiken and Secondhand Spirits (A Witchcraft Mystery, #1) by Juliet Blackwell . I'm more into the 2nd one right now and I'm really enjoying the mystery side of it.

Crazy4more (lan-ni) | 3071 comments Amy wrote: "I liked book 3 more than book 2. I was like WHAT at several of the "shockers" and going Jamie WTH are you thinking! When are you starting book 4?"

Hi Amy, I'm holding off Drums of Autumn (Outlander, #4) by Diana Gabaldon . I'm reading and listening to Glory in Death (In Death, #2) by J.D. Robb when I can...ok, when Roarke's on. I'm skimming hastily thru the book. It's short one but it's giving me a short break from OUTLANDER series. I'm letting VOYAGER settling in. I do that great read.

A quick question for "...In Death" series. I know there are like 30+ books in this series, are all the books worth reading, do they become redundance and predictable? I can't fathom a series this big, it must be awesome.

I'm working my way through the Retrievers series . I'm on book 5 (just started it last night). I like them, but I wish more time was spent on the romance and less on the Cosa stuff. I can't help it, I'm a romance junkie!

After this I'm on to

message 10460: by Doe965 (new)

Doe965 I am so glad I found this group. I only wish I would have known about it sooner. I am reading so many series right now sleep is not an option. LOL I just finished Lover unbound and not really thrilled with the Virgin Scribe. I think V got the short end of the stick. I am trying to wait to finish the rest before the new one comes out in March. Wish me luck :)

message 10461: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) @Doe, I agree he got the short end of the stick on his deal...everyone else has physical wives, where as his is a ghost who can only become physical for a short while.

I'm on this series until it's done. By the time I get to Echo, it'll be perfect timing for the next book.

I have listened to several of "....In Death" and have enjoyed all of them. I normally don't do them back to back to back. That may be why I like them, but overall they have been different enough with enough twist and turns to keep me instrested.

message 10469: by Crazy4more (new)

Crazy4more (lan-ni) | 3071 comments Thanks Amy. While waiting for next " ...in death", I'm back to Drums of Autumn (Outlander, #4) by Diana Gabaldon .

I really want to listen to VOYAGER when I have the time. I love this book so much and so much was going on too. I have to do a roadtrip to CA or something, lol.

I've read all the Outlander books and I just loved them. They're very long and Diana goes into great detail, but she is simply amazing. I was so hooked that I read the Echo in the Bone even though it almost made me late on my own deadline :) Can't wait for the next one.
