Jaime Rush (jaime_rush) | 122 comments Just finished Bayou Moon (The Edge, #2) by Ilona Andrews My review: I'm loving it, but I do love their books :)Cerise is an admirable heroine, strong yet vulnerable. William is the perfect dangerous hero, who loves fiercely but could lose control and kill under the wrong circumstances. There are lots of battle scenes, body parts flying, and other gruesomeness. ('zat a word?) But as always, a riproaring adventure!

I've got The Dream Thief (Drakon, #2) by Shana Abé on deck.

Raine, glad you enjoyed A Perfect Darkness (Offspring, #1) by Jaime Rush :)

message 10059: by Alisa (new)

Alisa (alisakayco) | 110 comments I read about a book a day and I'm still not catching up on my list! My TBR list just gets bigger and bigger with all these recommendations.

I've just read the whole Tairen Soul series: Lord of the Fading Lands (Tairen Soul, #1) by C.L. Wilson . Loved most of it. It is a completed series for those of you who enjoy those. But the ending didn't clear up all the loopholes which is almost as bad as a non-completed series. Almost, but not quite. Still a very enjoyable read in my opinion.

I'm currently reading the Nightwalker series and I'm on book two: Gideon (Nightwalkers, #2) by Jacquelyn Frank . The overall plot is a little slow but it's not too bad since it mainly focuses on the romance.

I am working on a short story for a horror werewolf anthology book and needed to get in the horror writing mood. I have only read a few shorts in Night Shift so far. There ok. Wondering if King's books are better then his shorts. And of course I am LOVING at graves end. Tate wants to... if you read the book you know where that is going and i'm like what??? lol.

Hi Pansy, I'm finishing and so enjoying Taken by Midnight (Midnight Breed, #8) by Lara Adrian . I know I'm behind on this book, but WOW. It's being a while but so glad to be in touch with my Breeds again. Each book has its unique plots, HEA's and excitements. I'm glad Adrian took the direction of nuturing when it comes Brock & Jenna who lost her husband & daughter 4 yrs ago AND a human instead of a breedmate. How is this going to work out????

I love (and own) all of Shelly Laurenston's books. Her series are the only books that consistantly make me LOL. I love how her PNR novels have a lot humor, but still have a good plot and romance. She's very talented. I can read her Magnus Pack, Pride, and Long Island Coven series over and over and not tire of them. I need to buy her books in hardback, any idea if they're available in hardback?

YOu know that is a good point. I am also glad that Jenna was not a breedmate. I am excited to see how she evolves. I cannot wait until Chase's story. I want to know about Hunter but I am more excited about Chase.
