What are you reading right now?

Hi Patty, I'm reading Alien Huntress and Sentinel Wars too. Since we have similar read, how did you like Rogue Angel and Halo...compare to one of my all time favorites Guild Hunter series?

Rogue Angel was slow for me at times the whole Joan of Arc sword was kinda cool and the main girl wasn't bad but it dealt alot with religious zealots I might try the 2nd book at a later date.Halo I have just started so I can't really judge yet :)

A Mermaid's Ransom was gr..."
Oh wow thanks for that. I loved Lyssa and Jacob.
I LOVE this series!!! I think if I am to belong to any of the groups in the series- I am a Valkarie: I love playing jokes, laughing and partying, and I am a wiz at electronics! :)

I am finishing up "Dead Witch Walking" by Kim Harrison Dead Witch Walkingand will be following this up with "Ectasy in Darkness" by Gena Showalter. Ecstasy in Darkness

So after Kushiel's Chosen, I'll probably do some reading for the November challenge, which brings me to the Psy-Changeling series. I've been binge reading them so far, and think they are absolutely addictive and lovely. But now I feel tempted to skip the 7th and 8th book, because they seem to play out somewhere totally different and disconnected from the story so far... And Drew and Indigo's story is tempting me so much more. At the other hand, the overarching storyline is one of the biggest charms of the series, so maybe I shouldn't skip? Ack! I'm all conflicted!

I really liked The Demon King (as well as her other series 'Heir')

Love Outlander! I am ready the latest in the series now!

It was really good loved Zach and Lexi's story. We also got to see several other storylines progressing and can see where some of the next books might go.

Laura, thanks for the review!

Hi are still reading LOTU?What book is this it sounds good Not familiar with this series. Tell me more tell me more PLEASE:)

I read this and I really liked it. I have read her Heir series as well. If you like YA reads then this would be a good fit.

I loved that book. I thought Dragonfly in Amber (#2) was a bit slow and I did not enjoy it as much. I am almost done with Voyager (#3) and I really like it much better than #2. I like the action and the trouble Jamie and Claire always seem to get into so it makes it a face pace. I love all the research that went into the books and I plan to read all of the series.

Don't skip the 7th & 8th book. You'll be sorry. It's a great series. It all flows together so well.

I have read all of the series and loved them, well except for the ending of the most recent book but really loved the first 3 in the series. I haven't listened to any but I wonder if they have the accent down right?!

i think Outlander was great. it's pretty long, but definitely worth the read. i'm up to book 5 now. i really did enjoy book one. Jamie and Claire are so cute. it's got romance, betrayal, mystery, war. everything u need in a great novel. hope u enjoy Amy =)

That is what got me started on the series.

Thanks Melissa for your view on the Demon King.

You know I really don't know if you do I haven't read it yet (clockwork angel) that is but I have read the immortal instrument books. But once I get the chance to read it I will know if you need to read the others first but until then I am not sure. But by then you will probably have already finished it lol.

Hey Robin, Any books by Joey Hill are a must. Great vampire stories and characters and am now looking forward to starting her other series. Check her out!

A Mermaid's Ransom was great, Sharon. I love her vampire books too, and this one had a half vampire male lead. Lyssa and Jacob make a brief appearance. I definitely recommend her Daughters of Arianne series.
