What are you reading right now?

It's okay, not that great though. After this, I've got the second House of Night novel, been trying to get to round to reading HoN for a while. ;)

gotta love that when that happens

I just read a review for the other books you were talking about and no, they are not the same Satyr brothers but they are family members. Vincent is one ..."

Hey Nita. Please let me know what you think of it. I love Joey's vampire books and have this one but havn't started it yet. She is the best writer...

I have read them all including the two YA ones Red Handed and Blacklistedand the short story in Deep Kiss of Winter I enjoyed them all except the first one took me awhile to get into the story.

If you are okay with non-PNR books, you should try Anne Stuart's Ice series. Her heroes will fall under that category.

You know I thought it was just me. I did not like it either. People were giving it good ratings so I thought maybe it is me. Styx's Storm might be my last also. I agree after Mercury, it has not been the same. I do not know where she is going anymore.

I have read most of those and wonder if you liked THe Forest of Hands and Teeth?

I did. In fact I have just written on a topic page on that very topic. Liked it. Different. Found the narrative a bit distant because of authorial obsession with not using contraction apostrophes which gave an overly formal narrative and kept the reader distant. But this is a minor criticism. Read it within a couple of days - so ke[t me interested and was definitely worth a read. A refreshing change.

I started Succubus Blues, the first Georgina Kincaid book today, and so far I love it!

I guess - they are Dominic and Daine and so far have not come into the books but have just started the third. Curiouser and curiouser. Feel a bit like Alice.
