Crazy4more (lan-ni) | 3071 comments There is such thing as poetry in motion. I don't want to be so corny...heck, "romance reads" is all about sappy and corny, I'm guilty...I'm so profound by Kiss of the Highlander (Highlander, #4) by Karen Marie Moning . Drustan quoted a poem to Gwen, "Wither thou goest, there goest I, two flames sparked from but one ember, both forward and backward doth time fly, wither thou art, remember." heart fluttered...

If you are okay with non-PNR books, you should try Anne Stuart's Ice series. Her heroes will fall under that category.

You know I thought it was just me. I did not like it either. People were giving it good ratings so I thought maybe it is me. Styx's Storm might be my last also. I agree after Mercury, it has not been the same. I do not know where she is going anymore.

I did. In fact I have just written on a topic page on that very topic. Liked it. Different. Found the narrative a bit distant because of authorial obsession with not using contraction apostrophes which gave an overly formal narrative and kept the reader distant. But this is a minor criticism. Read it within a couple of days - so ke[t me interested and was definitely worth a read. A refreshing change.
