What are you reading right now?

Oh yeah, I really liked London's evolution as well. And Bennett was a real charming scoundrel. I think I just adored both Thalia's and Gabriel's non-conformism.
I'm really looking forward to Rebel because Astrid promises to be really kickass, and the Canadian frontier setting speaks to my imagination. And Stranger intrigues me because of the interracial aspect in that time era. I know we're lucky that the entire series is published in 4 months, but I still am quite impatient for the next releases :D
(Maybe we should set up a discussion topic in the group for the series though, I feel like I'm beginning to clog up this thread)

I'm reading bk3 of Demonica but I've read bk4 AND already confused what happened among the books, sighs...I should just wipe my memory clean and just enjoy bk3 instead of trying to remember bk4 AND re-read bk4 when the time comes.

You won't be disappointed, it's an excellent series. Cat and Bones are great characters.

Saw you're starting Pack Challenge book 1 of the Magnus Pack by Shelly Laurenston. I loved that series, very fun read. Her Pride series, Dragon Kin series (which she wrote under the name of G. A. Aiken) and her Long Island Coven series are all REALLY good reads and guaranteed to make you LOL. She's a really great author. The series (all of them) only get better with each book. If you read the Pride series, you need to finish the Magnus Pack series first as the characters in that series are also in the Pride series. Hope you love her work as much as I do!!

I realy enjoyed this book and The Laughing Corpse (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #2). I will be starting the third soon.

What did you think of

The romance in these books isn't what keeps them riveting, it's the complex characters themselves. The hero isn't perfect, and we love flawed characters
I would recomend it to all

I felt the same way about BDB. I've onl..."
just like you said Lucy-ann, it was the characters. I'm in the middle of Demonica#2 and the story line is so much better as far as the action, you find so much more out bt I think the sex scenes are getting a bit too dramatic. Not saying I don't like a sex scene lol it's just ok..I get it, he's THAT good...can we get on to the plot? lol

i finally read Pleasure Unbound Sarah. it was pretty good especially after Eidolon and Tayla got closer when she went to his apartment to stay. i have to admit i'm more interested in Wraith. Shade seems interesting but Wraith is so much like my fav Zsadist. =)
u'll have to let me know how u enjoy the Anita Blake series. thats my fav besides Sookie Stackhouse.

i really hope u like the book Katie. i just finished the last book written about a month ago. it was great.

Meme - did you love Pleasure Unbound?

I loved the first undead book

i have to say i did really like it. especially when Tayla went to stay at Eidolon's apartment. that was when their connection really started for me. after that i was really in it. totally loved the whole tattoo mating thing. really great =) i'm ready now to read Wraith's story. i love those guys with a sad past and needing love thing. of course i love Zsadist too =)

So I just finished the series and I felt like it was over the top too. All I can say is keep reading it starts to level off and make sense.
I really was glad I kept going

I was in love with this series but was very disappointed with the last book. I have read them all

Can't wait for the 4 horsemen series to start.
I'm currently on a 15 minute study break from the page turning Medical Surgical Nursing book where I'm reading about Renal, Heptaic and Biliary diseases. There is a definite lack of romance in this book.

Hopefully after my test tonight, I will be able to dive into the next of the Dark Hunter series for me:

Or I might start Emma Holly's Demon series

Will do! Thanks!

So tell me where are in the story. I think the idea that they are Demons somehow is understated in many novels but in this one I find it is in your face in a different way. It starts to make more sense as you go

Going to the UBS and library tomorrow. :D

Succubus77 what did you think of Grimspace? I just finished it a few days ago and loved it. I am reading

I've got about an hour's worth of reading left in it but, I'm really liking it. This is the second time I've gotten it from the library and I don't know why I couldn't get into it before.

I think The Constant Princess is my favorite of Gregory's books that I have read so far. Have you read Jean Plaidy's novel on Katherine of Aragon? It is a little bit dryer but it is a good comparison to this one.

Sandra it's that series that led me to The Iron Duke, which led me to wanting even more of steampunk romance.
I adore the Blades of the Rose series. With every book I'm looking forward more to the next one. I did prefer Warrior a bit more than Scoundrel, because I thought that relationship was more equal (I think it was the most equal relationship I've come across of in historical romance.)
