I just finished by Colette Gale aka: Colleen Gleason & Joss Ware. I have really enjoyed her series and found out she wrote other books under other names. I was swept away by the retelling of Phantom of the Opera. So now I am reading

I LOVE MJD... it seems most of her series are kinda the same snarky heroine, but I love that. :-) I'll have to look into that one.

That series is awesome! I loved all of them, especially Lover Mine and Lover Awakened... Hell, I just loved all of them. I love the Brothers.

Just finished Blue Moon (The Immortals Book 2) by Alyson Noel. I find the main character, Ever, to be rather annoying and I dont think I will bother with the third book.

I know!! The 3rd book isnt any better to me though..I just skipped to the end on both books. They were horrible! Evermore was good though(: Im still thinking if I should read Dark Flame..

Im reading Marjorie M. Liu's The Iron Hunt. I'm enjoying it, but it took a little while to get into. It's in first person, which I'm finally getting used to, but the writing is very choppy with short, abrupt sentences.

i hope u enyoy Anita Blake Rebecca. it's my fav series so far besides BDB. Guilty Pleasures was really good. i'm now on Danse Macabre #14. it's very addicting.

That's how I felt, too. I really enjoyed Evermore, but ended up skipping chunks of Blue Moon due to boredom and obvious plot points. I tried to start Shadowland and just couldn't do it. It seems like the concept should work, but these books just don't do it for me.

I'm about two-thirds of the way through and I'm in love. It's a dark, epic fantasy. Not only a nice change of pace, but Julie Kagawa's writing is so vivid, it makes imagining her world so easy.

Ok. I got halfway thru and got bored with the story and how one person could make everyone do his bidding. Damen all of the sudden turned mortal and no one liked Ever. So I skipped a few chapters and she went into Summerland with Ava. Skipped a few more and she is reliving her life before the accident with a note in her pocket to find Damen and watch out for Drina. I'm going to assume that it all works out in the end and she get a HEA because I think I am thru with that series. I hope it is just me that found this series all over the place as it couldn't hold my interest.

I know Brandy I had to make myself read it. It took me FOREVER to get through as well. I've read 1 other book of hers in the Companion series and must say really not impressed with it, they all end the same!!

I have finished . I was very busy last week and couldn't concentrate very well. So I started re-reading it immediately and I really enjoyed it.
I don't know about the first two books in Brook's Guardian Series but I read a short story in the anthology "Must Love Hellhounds" and I liked that a lot as well.
So now I'm going to order because I love the character of Jake and I read the excerpt on Brook's website.
