I've been wanting to read that series but I couldn't find a single book at my Rent-a-Book bookstore :(

I like this book, but not a huge fan of this one. I really liked Dante's book though. I liked Lucan's alot too.

I just finished the Night Huntress series, well is out of them recently and I must say, it caught my attention quickly and I read through them as quickly as I picked them up. I don't think I couldn't not recommend this series.

Great series you will enjoy it.

message 6812: by Desperado (new)

Desperado (lethallovely) | 453 comments I'm debating about reading City of Bones. The whole thing with Cassandra Clare & her deceased husband just really creeps me out.I know her personal life doesn't have much to do with her writing but I wouldn't read a book by a child molester/rapist/et cetera,no matter how good it supposedly is.

message 6813: by MsBeaglely (new)

MsBeaglely | 118 comments I stayed up late last night to finish Three Days to Dead (Dreg City, #1) by Kelly Meding . Definitely Urban Fantasy, with very little romance, which was nice for a change. It was good, but also very dark. If anyone remembers the movie Dark City with Keifer Sutherland & how dark the effects made the city look, that’s how I visualized the world of this book.

Started The Reckoners by Doranna Durgin this morning.

They are on my list for next month, if the library gets it's act together that is. I think I'm too impatient for waiting lists. For the time being, I'm nearly done with A Kiss of Shadows (Meredith Gentry, #1) by Laurell K. Hamilton , a re-read for me, and slowly listening to Spell of the Highlander (Highlander, #7) by Karen Marie Moning and The Laughing Corpse (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #2) by Laurell K. Desperado (lethallovely) | 453 comments Just finished Hunter's Prayer (Jill Kismet, #2) by Lilith Saintcrow & it was wonderful. I don't know how I'm gonna wait until May to read the 3rd book in the series for my challenge. Now I'm starting Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega, #1) by Patricia Briggs , North of Beautiful by Justina Chen Headley , & the dreaded Goddess of Love (Goddess Summoning, #5) by P.C. Cast for my Read-The-Seasons challenge. I hated Goddess of Spring (Goddess Summoning, #2) by P.C. Cast but I have to get cracking on Love because its due May 2nd. Either that or find another book that begins with the letter "G". Any suggestions?
