1. Lara Adrian - I noticed you've read the first two books in the Midnight Breed series - you should finish the series.
2. Gena Showalter - Lords of the Underworld Series
3. Virginia Kantra - Children of the sea Series
4. Alyssa Day - Warriors of Poseidon Series
5. Katie MacAlister - Dark Ones Novels, I've only read two but plan to read more of them - here are the two I've read: Zen and the Art of Vampires --- Crouching Vampire, Hidden Fang
6. Amanda Ashley - My Night Series
7. Sherrilyn Kenyon - I haven't read any of her stuff yet but my friends tell me she is very good.
8. Kresley Cole - Immortals After Dark Series - I haven't read any of her stuff yet but my friends recommend this series.

what's the April challenge? I can't do challenges until summer due to school. So very sad about it too! Lol!

I am currently reading HON's Tempted and having a hard time keeping focused on it, it seems to me that it's moving rather slow. Please someone tell me it gets better???

Damali Richards is a young women battling the ultimate evil to prevent the Armageddon with the help of her Guardian team.Of course she falls in love with a boy from the wrong side of the tacks.
Now I have been reading Paranormal thrillers for a long time. What make these books so great is that they a written by a Black women. Now don't get bent out for shape for me bring ethnicity up, but you have to admit PNR is dominated by white women. The immersion into Black culture is wonderful. Being a suburban white girl the cultural differences is so refreshing.
I cannot wait to see what happens next.
The Cursed

Oh you are just gonna love that series & its good you started now since they just finished the last book which means no waiting for the next one to come out.
I love love love the Guardian team & the chemistry between Damali & Carlos. You will not be dissapointed.

um the break up scene

Yeah... I love when I come upon a series when it already finished I can just run to the Library to get my fix.

Jesslynn, I had a hard time getting through the first book. I also, heard how funny the series is supposed to be, but I just don't see it. As a dog lover I liked the idea of a talking dog, but her dog just reminded me of Scrappy Do. Not cute at all.

or

Though I just read Iron Kissed a couple weeks ago so I think I need a change of setting for a bit :)

Now reading a non-paranormal erotic romance,

Read a book from 10 different series. I'm fairly new to the PR scene, so I'm excited to begin so many wonderful series! lol

did you like Gone? i was so disappointed after loving the first two. what about you?"
I actually felt the same. I didn't like this book half as much as the first two. And it was defineitly dissapointing because it was the last in the series. Not a great ending.

I'm currently reading

I love the Charliane Harris Grave Series!!! I have been trying to get my coworkers to read it. I just wanted to ask you where is your favorite place to get your e-books? AND cheapest I am on a budget and have just been searching around-----

I love the Grave Series so far as well. Finished #2 today Grave Surprise. They are such fun quick reads. Great murder mystery with just a hint of supernatural. Sometimes I get too lost in the worlds of magic : )
Now what to start next...maybe I will finally cave and start the BDB series???

OK then you have to keep reading it gets better

I still have a few more books to go to catch up with her latest release. But I'm currently putting the series on hold as I couldn't find Dream Warrior at the bookstores. I like to read them according to the sequence :p

it is getting better, I stuck to my gun finally picked it up again and got 48 pages read in an hour. Going to read it again soon, tonight actually

DONT SHOOT ME!!! I started Fantasy Lover and it seems a little cheesy. I am only about 100 pages in...but are they all like this?

i have the first book in this series--how is it?"
I really enjoyed the series they are pretty quick reads alot of action and some great chemistry between the girl and guy.

Idk...why it didn't grab me. I think the dog, grandmother and southern phrasing was all just trite. I'm from atlanta, GA and i just thought it was weird. Plus who changes from school marm w/no life to leather babe w/ attitude in 2 hours...idk, i just didn't get it.

I, already, cannot put it down!!! <3"
Amazon has been recommending this to me for a while. please let me know how it is. Thanks!

No, the very next book to me is the actual start of the Dark Hunters. Kyrian is actually still one of my fave DH's. HOT!

Jesslynn is right. The actual DHs start with the next book. Fantasy Lover is a very cheesy but kinda cute lil prequel story. The more darkish PNR starts with Kyrian. That's when you find out what the Dark Hunters are and meet the baddies and so on.

It's a good one. I get tired of the "I hate you, but I love you but I hate you but I love you" conflict that happens in a lot of these novels. The heroine is stubborn and you feel bad for her but I'm grateful for a heroine that actually sticks to her convictions and loves him no matter what. It's an amazing book! Let me know what you think!! :D

I'll cower down with you. : )
Her writing is pretty over-the-top. I tried like several books of hers, considering the huge fanbase, but find it cheesy, as you say it.
