Well, shoot.
I mean, I'm sure it'll taste ok, but I only had 3 squares of baking chocolate on hand, and my math was telling me I needed 6 squares to equal 6 oz of semisweet chips.
So I used the cooca and sugar and oil method, and now the chocolate is (slightly) crunchy.
But I kind of think this will add a neat pop to my peanut butter bars.
Lord knows I'll eat them all anyway.

I have baking chocolate - squares and cocoa.
The interwebs' google machine says I can use:
6T of cocoa
+
7T sugar
+
1/4 cup butter or oil
=
1 cup of semisweet chocolate.
The back of the cocoa tin says that:
1 square of baking chocolate
=
1T of oil or butter
+
3 T of cocoa
what do I do?
