I love California, but Australia spanks us when it comes to beaches :P
Australia is amazing!!!!
You have big cities, beautiful beaches, lush rainforest, and red deserts.
And on the Gold Coast, they have sky scrapers, right on the beach.
Just dont go to Melbourne in September...AFL finals are on. Its crazy there, because most games are played there, and most teams are victorian.

NRL is better ( Long Live the TITANS!!!!!) ummmm not a big fan of AFL and yes there are skyscrapers right by the beach plus we have like five theme parks all down the road from each other ( well kinda more apart but you no...)
AFL IS BETTER!!!!!!!! lol, i see this going to an all out war... XD
But AFL is better! And it has a bigger fan base in Australia :)
Anyway, if your from Queensland, you should be happy with the lions this year Fev AND Brown in the forward line. PLus a new team in the GC next year....

uh huh no one play AFL its like *no offence to all AFL fans :( but this is the truth* social suicide here seriously everyone plays club NRL but like one out of hundred plays AFL ...:)
hahaha lol
I thought it was a bit odd...
I hate NRL, but I loooooooooooooooooove AFL.
Especially that im a Port supporter, and a good friend of mine is a crows supporter.
We have bragging rights at school. I had fun on Monday, after port won, and Crows lots by 9 goals. XD
Speaking of which Regan, when do you finish for the holies?

I'm new but I can't resist commenting here; so many books to look forward to! (=1)Mockingjay
2)Everfound
3)The Ring of Solomon: A Bartimaeus Novel
4)Mistwood
5)The Clockwork Angel
6)Matched
7)The Iron Daughter
8)Perchance to Dream
9)The Demon's Covenant
ohh those are some great ones! I cant wait for THE IRON DAUGHTER & PERCHANCE TO DREAM either! There are some ARCs of PERCHANCE out there that I'm trying to get my grubby hands on :P
~*Lady Ryoko*~ (Teresa) wrote: "Don't feel bad, I don't know any of those books!"The Iron Daughter is book II in a trilogy by new author Julie Kagawa, whose book THE IRON KING just came out a few months ago. It's a modern faerie tale that I've heard really good things about! :P
And Perchance to Dream is another 2nd book in a trilogy, by Lisa Mantchev, that follows EYES LIKE STARS. I haven't read it yet, but the premise is that all Shakespearean characters live together in this theatre and so it's like a fantasy series with Shakespearean elements. It sounds really good!
Don't feel bad guys! I tend to enjoy some rather obscure books, at least ones that aren't widely known- though that is not to say I'm not really really looking forward to Lies, The Necromancer, The Red Pyramid, Charlie Bone And The Red Knight, The Reckoning, The Scorch Trials, and Camp Half Blood (the new series)!! Cause I am :) But if I listed everything I couldn't wait for it's be a mile long :DAnd there's a bunch that are coming out in 2011 and 2012 that I'm super excited for as well. (Libba Bray's The Diviners, Kristin Cashore's Bitterblue, Tamora Pierce's Mastiff...and more) [8
Me too.
There are people that i have just had enough of. And im glad for a break. So stressful...

I think they get advanced copies to review /: My break starts on Friday! But we only get a week. And then APs start oh so soon...
Lisa wrote: "haha im already on holies but then most school only start today ;) The pirivate schools here start earlier here is that the case in South Aus? btw Amelia i swear Iron Daughter is already out i was ..."hmmm I'm not sure about that! Maybe it was The Iron King? Sometimes bloggers get ARCs to review, but I think it's too early to see IRON DAUGHTER ARCs...
Harlequin distributes ARCS through an online service as eBooks and some bloggers have already gotten it for review. So jealous!!
My eyes would hurt! But maybe if it was a book I really wanted to read, I'd be down for getting the books before they come out to read them! Some people got to read Christopher Moore's new book last month and I was so jealous! (it came out March 23rd)
Spirit Bound by Richelle Mead, The Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare,
The Reckoning by Kelley Armstrong, among other books :)

Lisa wrote: "why diidn't do that clicky link thing....o_o oh well but go on it it says she is reading iron daughter ;)"Put a space between the ... and the link. It seems minor, but I'm pretty sure it will automatically make it a link.
Unless you mean the book...in which case you should click on the "add book/author" button above the comment box. But you probably knew that :)
Mckenzie...that sounds like a depressing set of books, simply going off of the titles...
