Hi, Beth. You actually don't need to be a librarian to do that -- just searching by ISBN (try both ISBN-10 and ISBN-13) will do the trick.

I want to add ABRSM Selected Piano Exam Pieces Grade 7 2009-2010 but I don't know how to fill out the "sort by title" field.

Assuming you want this book to sort by title under "A", you can just fill in the title again. This field should only be different from the regular title if the regular title begins with words which shouldn't be used for sorting.
