"So how exactly are we supposed to stop her without killing her?" Tasuke asked.
"Uh... I can't really do much from here, the security's still on... You can try distraction until the effect wears off."
"Like?" Tasuke demanded iritably. He wanted straight answers.
"I don't like thinking!" Tasuke yelled to the person he still couldn't see and didn't know.
"That won't get you very far, will it?" Skye said calmly, glancing at Elektra. "Knock on the door and ask for Renolds. When he comes, tell him I need you. If he doesn't believe you, tell him to go check Oracle's doorway. For now, I'll pray that Zelda's old triggers are passed down through the reincarnations."
"It's gotten me through 17 years of my life thank you very much." Tasuke yelled at Skye. "DO SOMETHING!!! BEFORE SHE KILLS SOMEONE!!!"
"What makes you believe I can do anything?" Skye asked. "I mean, I can, but what made you think that I could before I said anything?"
"BECAUSE YOU ARE HER BROTHER!!!" Tasuke screamed at Skye. He was getting pretty stressed. Not only because something was wrong with the girl, but because the girl seemed to be feeding on his power. Slowly draining it from his body. If it didn't stop, soon the girl would be feeding off of his life.
"Well, I warned you not to hurt my loved ones... Most of them have... Strange defenses. Or responses, like Oracle." Skye said, flicking his wrist. A large mana-shield suddenly expanded from around his body, streamlining so it protected Tomo, Nana, Tasuke, Syph, Nigan and Tyra. "This will protect your spiritual energy." Skye explained. "And this will protect your physical entity." He said, flicking his other wrist as a forcefield encased Oracle, trapping her in a limited space.
"I didn't hurt her, I sent her a dream." Tasuke said letting out a sigh of relief as his power stopped being drained from him. "That wasn't a defense, it was our two powers trying to work together. Her's is just stronger than mine so it took control."Nana stared. "Um, this has been a strange night. I'm tired." she whispered as she climbed on top of Tomo and feel asleep. She had learned how to protect her mind.
"Well, in the way that she reacted, it's basically the same thing." Skye shrugged. "Oracle has a large amount of Mana; being the reincarnate of several generations of Witches and powerful magic users. I'm not that surprised that she overcame you." He said it, but not unkindly. "Tomo, I'd ask you take Nana and fly her over the wall. I'll lower the defenses, if you'd like."
Tasuke nodded. "That makes sense. So are we just going to wait for her to calm down or what?" Tomo looked at Skye. "Okay I'll fly her over. Where do you want me to bring her?"
"Tia and Syph should be arguing outside about Tia's bedtime. They'll escort her." Syph assured Tomo. "And Calm Down? My Sister? That could take a while; if Oracle's personality is anything like Zelda's."
Tomo nodded then flew over the wall into the castel grounds. He saw Tia and Syph doing exactly as Skye had predicted."So what is all this about Zelda and Oracle? Please tell me." Tasuke said. He was getting curious.
"SHUT UP, IDIOT!" Syph yelled, grabbing Tia by the shoulders. "Skye wants you to go to bed; so go to bed already!!!" "But...but I don't wanna!!!" Tia screamed at him, tears running down her cheeks."Zelda is Oracle's previous reincarnation. That's all you need to know at the moment." Skye said briefly, not taking his eyes off of Oracle in her forcefield cage.
"Um," Tomo said as he came upon the fighting siblings. Nana woke up suddenly and said "do you have to go to bed too?"Tasuke nodded. "I would like to know more but I see I'm not going to get anymore."
((lol they're siblings.))"It's not that I'm not going to tell you more. Just not at this moment. We're in a slightly pressing situation, aren't we..."
Syph looked up briefly, in a sour mood. "Yeah, She does. I have to escort this whiny little snot baby." He said, scowling at Tia. "I don't wanna go!" She repeated, stamping her foot. "Too bad! You're gonna go whether you want to or not!!"
(( I was going to put siblings but I wasn't sure... MEH GOES TO FIX))"Just a little." Tasuke said sarcastically.
Nana looked at the little girl. "I'll go to bed with you too," She offered. Nana hoped that the little girl would agree. She didn't want to listen to a crying little girl all night.
((lol k :D))Tia sniffed, tears still rolling down her cheeks. "I wanna go to sleep with brother." She mumbled, clinging onto Syph's jacket sleeve. "Sorry, you'll have to speak up. I can't hear you when you're muttering to yourself." Syph replied sarcastically. "Why would I go to sleep with you now? Skye might need me!"
Syph, go to bed with Tia already. You need your rest. Tomorrow I have work for you. Skye thought, tired.
But...!
But nothing. Go to bed.
Fine... Syph grumbled mentally.
"Skye said that you would lead me to Nana's room." Tomo said to Syph. "It would also help if you were nicer to your little sister. Just saying."
"None of your business." Syph snapped. "I'll lead you to your rooms." He said, taking Tia by the hand. Tia didn't object, but winced a little. She didn't say anything, but beckoned to Tomo and Nana. "Hurry, the Castle's a bit complicated." She said, struggling to keep up with Syph's brisk pace.
"I'm getting some shut eye since this whole problem is blown over. See you in the morning, Skye." Elektra said before letting her power stop and going to sleep.
"Good night, Elektra." Skye said even after her supply had stopped. Keep up your defenses through the night. Even with Tasuke under terms of peace; He is still potentially dangerous.
((Wow... Tasuke feels loved.))Tomo followed the two quickly. It wasn't that hard to keep up with someone walking with two legs instead of four.
Oracle pounded against the force field, until finally she got frustrated, and sent a black fire towards the cage, burning through it. She advanced and then pulled an invisible sword from its sheath, like she was a samurai. Rage burned in her five year old eyes, a thousand year old rage. The "sword" in her hand suddenly was flipped, and with a flash, it turned into an actual blade.
((lol sorry!!))Skye's mood suddenly shifted into a defensive one, though he forced himself into it. He raised his hand and then clenched a fist, paralyzing Oracle's body and mind with telekinesis. He then used his other hand as some sort of fishing line, probing her brain for the root of the reality Tasuke had planted in her mind.
Oracle thrashed a bit, her eyes a dark orangey-red, until finally the dream was gone. her eyes faded into their normal hazel, and she stopped fighting. She dropped the sword, and looked at him, frightened.
"Oracle?" Skye asked, walking to her, squatting next to her, cupping her face in his hands, examining her conscious quickly and quietly. "Are you alright?" He asked, more concerned about her welfare than what she could have done to himself or Tasuke.
"I...What happened?" She asked, looking up at Skye. She was trembling, and felt...sick. ((G2G))
((D: noooooo!!!!!!))"Our guest made a mistake. That's all." Skye said, brushing the hair out of Oracle's face. "Where is Avishka?"
((lol, its a metaphor. BTW, Oracle already snapped out of the trance since Skye removed the roots of the reality from Oracle's mind...))

"I made a mistake?" Tasuke asked amused. Now that it was all over, he considered it a very useful experiment.
"Yes, you did. May I recommend you learn from your mistakes and not make them again." Skye said, sighing. "That could have been much more dangerous than it turned out to be... this time."
"I see." Tasuke said. He thought about the worse dangers and then shuddered. It frightened him.
"If you had been so unlucky that I was unable to properly control my ability... Well... To put it into context, we'd both be dead by now. By my little sister's rage; which you planted in her head."
Oracle looked up at Skye, terrified of her own rage, and merely said,"I...I don't know where Avishka is..."
Elektra got Skye's thought and nodded to herself before drifting to sleep.
"I'm sorry little girl. Your rage is my fault. I should have never sent you that dream of when I was young." Tasuke apologized to Oracle.
Right on cue, Avishka leaped on top of the wall, then did a neat front flip, landing on her feet next to Oracle, taking her into a hug. "Oracle, Oracle!! Are you alright?!" She said, her voice fringed with a bit of panic. "I couldn't control you after you broke down the door..."
Oracle was surprised, but hugged her back. "I'm alright, Avishka..." She said, trying to calm her down. She looked over Avishka's shoulder at Tasuke and said,"Just don't do that again. I thought I was gonna be killed." She glared at him a bit, still holding onto Avishka.
Skye patted Oracle's head. "It's alright." He said smiling. He remembered that he looked like an 18 year old now, not 27. "Ah. By the by, he's going to be staying with us for a while... If you feel strange, talk to Avishka and she'll get me." Skye turned and nodded to Tasuke. "I'll lead you to your room. Come."
Oracle nodded slowly, noticing Skye looked...younger. And his hair was a bit longer. But, maybe it was just her.
