"...Didn't see that one coming..."
She smiled before continuing to walk. "Yeah..."
"But wait! That girl's like, a rescued orphan, and Skye's the king of the entire country! How could they possibly be related!? Plus, they look nothing alike!!!"
((Jealousy.... One of the 7 deadly sins... *tsks* Bad Syph!))
((haha...))"Remember, they're not actually blood related, just soul. Zelda wasn't blood related either, remember? She had no connection to Skye's brother."
"If being Soul-related means that you're Brother and Sister, then I have to be siblings with Tia." Syph huffed, crossing his arms. "The big whiney baby."
Oracle nodded, and plopped onto her bed. She looked up at Avishka, and asked,"So what now?"
"Really? You're calling her a big whiney baby while you're whinning?" She chucked lightly.
"We go to sleep." Avishka replied evenly. "You need to rest. It's been a long day.""Hey! I'm not whining!!"
"Yeah... course you aren't!" She said sarcasticly.
Syph pointedly stuck out his tongue.
Oracle sighed, and then said,"But I'm not tired..."
"I can make you sleep, if you wanted." Avishka suggested. "Just a small lullaby..."
"Ooh! I'd like that!" Oracle said, smiling.
"We're here." She said opening the door.
"Okay." Syph said, peering around Elektra, looking for Corvin. "I have to get going, since the guards lock all the doors from the outside so people can't go out in the middle of the night."((Syph should get locked in for the night... >:3))
Avishka smiled, then sat on the side of the bed. "What kind would you like to hear? Just a melody, or a story?"
"So where's Corvin? I don't hear snoring..."Avishka smiled, then walked around the room, blowing out the candles until one was left. "There once was a story of a black bird..." She sang softly, closing her eyes. "With wings as dark as the night... It flew across lands and sea, searching for a one special light..."
Oracle watched her and listened, imagining the bird flying.
"It swooped and soared, crying frustration to the skies, while rain and wind made his course unstable."
Oracle closed her eyes, trying to get a better image of this poor bird.
"His search for a while was fruitless and hard.But then he came across a miraculous bard.
The Bard took pity, singing songs for the bird,
Attracting Herd after herd of people to listen.
And so the man sang, the bird at his side.
The light had been found, the search at it's close.
Sleepless nights in trees no more.
But a warm comfy home to call his own."
She looked around. "Darn it... where is he?"
Syph shrugged, then froze as he heard heavy footsteps. "Oh Sh--" He said, spinning around, but it was too late, as a large THUNK was heard as a giant plank of wood was put across the door; effectively sealing off the door from re-opening. "...crap..."
"Oh crap..."((wait... which door??))

Oracle quickly fell asleep, thinking of the Bard and herds of people swarming in to hear the song...
"Dang it!" Syph said, pounding on the door. "Hey! This isn't my room!" He called, but the guard was too far away at that point.Avishka smiled softly, pulling the covers over Oracle. "Good night, little one." she said, transforming herself into a miniature tiger, the size of a small house cat, curling up to sleep on a pillow next to Ora's.

((The Gist of it:Skye - King of the Country. 27. Mysterious but Gentlemanly. Soul Brother of Oracle from many reincarnations. Pets: Anextia (phoenix) and Syphon (golden dragon).
Oracle - A saved orphan. 5. Optimistic and outgoing. Pets: Avishka (bengal tiger).
Elektra - Witch/Famous protector of the Eastern Forest of Glayde. Around 26(?). Friendly and Kind. Long time friend of Skye. Pets: Corvin.
((all pets can speak; Avishka, Anextia and Syphon are able to turn from their animal forms into humans, Avishka can shape shift into other creatures))
10 years ago, Skye, Zelda (the reincarnation before Oracle), and Elektra ganged up to fight off Skye's evil twin, the king of the Northern Kingdom, while Zelda was Queen of the Southern Kingdom. All people whom were gifted with 'Abilities' were being hunted down by the Northern Huntsmen. Skye was being chased, and found refuge at Zelda's castle. They discovered they were long-lost siblings, and went on a mission together with Elektra to kill the other king. They succeeded, but in the process, Zelda was killed.
10 years later: AKA the Present.
Oracle Adlez, Zelda's incarnation, was found by Shadow Creatures who wanted to kill her. Skye and Elektra met up again to save her, and brought her back to Skye's castle. Kurt is a random childhood acquaintance who is apparently in love with Skye (who rejects his feelings multiple times) and wants to get in Ora's pants when she grows up again. The End!

Syph glared at her. "'s not like I wanna be here either." He grumbled moodily.
She shrugged. "Yeah, I didn't think so."
"Then how am I gonna get out of here?! The windows get covered in a force field..."
Elektra closed her eyes for a few seconds before being thrown back. "Damn it! The magic on this place is to strong, can't teleport out."
"Well, this castle is guarded by the most experienced and powerful mages by the dozens... It's not very much of a surprise..."
She rolled her eyes. "Maybe I can get a message out... How long do they lock the doors?"
"...until the sun rises..."
She sighed and sat on the bed and took the mirror next to it.
Syph sat on the floor next to the door, crossing his arms. "Grr... I told Skye this stuff wasn't a good idea, but he didn't listen to me..."
She waved a hand over it and looked through at the smoke.
"Eh? What are you doing with the mirror?!"
"Shh..." She said closing her eyes then opening them again she was looking around through another mirror in a different room. "Hello? Anyone there?" She said hoping that by pure luck Skye was there.

Skye looked up from his paperwork, hearing something coming from his mirror. "Eh? Oh, it's you. Hello, Elektra. Is something wrong?"
