Akrisios loooked up and blew his bangs out of his face. He rose one eyebrow in question."And which friends would they be?" He cast a sidelong glance at Medea."I didn't mean anything about the Ravenclaw. She's just bristly."

Medea glanced at Akrisios when he came over to Iris. She rolled her eyes in exasperation.
Professor Kitkun paused for a moment, then began speaking. "Good evening, class. May I have your attention?"

Professor Kitkun looked over the class. "Well, I believe we are all here, so I won't bother taking roll. Today's lesson won't be very interesting, I must admit, but I'm hoping you'll enjoy the homework." She smiled.
Akrisios grimaced and nodded curtly, turning and walking to the back of the class to take a seat in the corner.

"Anyway, today we will be filling in two star charts - Cepheus and Cassiopeia - using the telescopes. First, however, I would like you to read pages 28 to 35 in your books about the mythology concerning those constellations. Some of you may have heard the myth already. I ask you to read anyway. Once you have finished those pages, please answer the three questions found on page 36 about the magical aspects of those stars. We will proceed to that point," Professor Kitkun said.
Akrisios looked blankly at his book. He opened the pages and grabbed his quill. He gave Lyra the briefest glance before he began to sketch on the paper.

Medea glanced around the class before she took out her book. She read the assigned pages, then answered the questions. Hmm... I didn't know that wizards studied stars like this. I mean those questions about the location of the stars and the magical significance? Weird.

((Whoops, I'll rush it then. ^^ ))
Professor Kitkun stood again. "All done? Good. Now please fill out these star charts. There shouold be enough telescopes for all of you. Ask me if you need help." She passed out the charts.

Medea filled out her star charts in silence. She looked over the second one and realized that she had mixed up five of the stars. "Dang it!" she whispered. She sighed and fixed it.

((Lol, yup.
Hey guys, I have to go soon, so I'm going to wrap up the class.))
Estella walked around and peered at the students' star charts. "Attention, please. Ten minutes left - I think that should be more than enough to finish your charts. Now, kindly listen to your homework assignment." She smiled again. "I would like each of you to make up a small constellation - about the size of Cassiopeia. You must name the constellation and each star in it. The position of your constellation must be realistic - consider the questions you answered in your book - but other than that, anything is fine. Use your imagination. I also want a short explanation for why you chose the names. A few sentences should suffice. That is all."

Medea put away her star charts. She turned to Iris. "Well, at least we can just make up whatever we want for this homework. No wrong answer and all." She smiled.

Rose walked out of the Astronomy tower, ready to drop. She needed food.
"Food... I need... food," she moaned. She stopped suddenly realizing she had no idea how to get back to the Dining Hall.
"Oh shit," she muttered, swearing quietly.

(Its ok just delete that last comment))
Rose was bugged now. She had to now what Avery was reading. Things like that bugged her. Not because she cared what he was reading or he was nosy, she just had a slight case of OCD.

Akrisios was sluggish after the change, a kind of euphoria had come over him. It was relief that the pain had ended and that the basilisk had promised him safety and solace. He sighed inwardly, content. He tried to reach out an arm but instead met the wall. He smiled at the deftness and the accuracy as well as the speed and pure might of the body he now wore. He could scent Lyra and though he knew who she was, he was somehow distant, detached. He was also quite hungry, but he did not view her as he once would have. As duty, as prey, or merely as a mudblood. Instead, for the time being, he was seeing her as a basilisk.
Akrisios made a restless sound. He was confused. He had been following her as quietly as he could manage, and yet she had begun to run. He blinked, his tongue darting out to taste the air, though he could see her exact placement. His pupils had dilated as they locked onto her fleeing form. She's an idiot! Lyra! Stop running! When you run from something with a predatory instinct it is going to chase you. He felt a strange satisfaction at the thought of moving prey, instead of something that cast worthless spells or begged for its life. He twisted forward, each movement of his undulating body sending first the left, then the right side into their respected walls. He was even more tremendously pleased when her speed hastened.No,no,no,no,no. Not like Durmstrang. Not like Diagon Alley.
((Ah! That is ... terrifying. Poor Akrisios, not being able to fully control himself. And poor, darling Lyra...))
Akrisios tried to pull up, he honestly did. But the basilisk wanted to go forward. The result was a jerking movement the caused him to turn sideways so his side faced her as opposed to is head. That, too, turned toward her, his steady gaze on her face. His tongue flickered, a match struck in a dark room. He regarded her coolly, a feeling of guilty triumph rippling along his spine. "Hello, Lyra."
