"Oh?" Akrisios frowned slightly."She's the Ravenclaw, isn't she? She's got some claws, that one. He's quite the charmer. Dirt mouth, I should get him soap for Christmas. We're going to be great friends."
Caleb shifted in his chair to look up at Akrisios. "Medea is nice. And what do you mean, Avery has a dirt mouth?"
"I mean that his is very disrespectful. I can't imagine what would happen if he slipped up and said the wrong thing to a professor...Or the Headmaster." Now that would be interesting... His eyes shifted to the stack of books.I'll have to see about him joining, he might get the brunt of Volos's displeasure. Yes. I will confront him later. No one will believe him if he says anything anyway.
"Disrespectful." Caleb gave Akrisios a slightly dry look. "Hm." Akrisios looked at a stack of books and Caleb took the opportunity to examine him more thoroughly. Something seemed different; off.
Caleb shrugged peacefully. "I just seem to recall a Defense class in which many insults were traded."

((Not sure. I guess it could be.))
"So, are you looking forward to astronomy?" Avery asked Medea.

((JESSICA!!! It sucks that I have to leave right now...))
Medea shrugged. "Yeah. I like stars and mythology and constellations - all that stuff - but it doesn't seem as magical as the other classes. And I'm too tired by that late at night to appreciate the class." She grinned.

((Aw, bye!!))
"Yeah," Avery said. "It should be cool, but I still prefer flying, obviously. I think the telescopes are spelled, so it should be fun to look through."

"You're unbelievable," she muttered.
Akrisios gave her an intent, masked look that melted away when he smiled."Thanks, sweetheart. I have been hearing that a lot lately. As for Defense Against the Dark Arts; a childish class for a worn-out professor. Hayden should go home and stay there."

Akrisios flicked his wrist and looked at his wand disinterestedly."Touche, mademoiselle, ouch." He yawned and looked out the window."This is a drag."
((Ahhh! Danget! *sniffling* PUDDING! I have to go right when you get here...))
Caleb pushed himself up from the chair, sitting on the edge of the table so he was closer to the level of the conversation. "Sometimes we have to deal with 'childish' things," he said levelly.

"Well Caleb, I don't seem to be having any luck with the ladies this fine eve." He wiped his face with his sleeve and rested his head on his arms.

((He considers halfbloods and muggleborns both as mudbloods, nothing personal...He's just always evil.))

((True, and he does hate him...And it annoys him that he can't make the child violent. He wants an excuse to smack him.))

((Ah, it's fine. Just because I'm totally cool and sent you an invite. It's alright, half the time I don't know who I am anyway.))
((Yeah...I try to keep my friends at a minimum...Just because some people that request are really strange, you know? I don't like people that constantly bother me about something or annoy me. I've had this one person send me ten invites in three days...Doesn't that tell them something? And then they sent me a pm asking why I didn't accept them. I ignored it. I feel so evil.))

((Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm 18 and my dad still forbids me a facebook, but I love him. There are some creepers out there. I'm happy that so far I haven't had the displeasure of meeting them, but I honestly don't think I'd ever give my address or anything terribly important to someone I don't even know online...And I certainly wouldn't meet them.))

((*shakes head* Young whippersnappers and their fancy contraptions, they're gonna get themselves kilt.))
((Yes, ah, me cane. I almost forgot it. Now, child, let me tell you about my youth. Take heed, now youngin. It was in the year 1203. We had the bitterest winter and there was a war, so everything was rationed. I had to walk to school-uphill both ways-three miles in the snow. With no shoes. And you were licked a might bad if you were tardy.))

((Hey! Kelly! You put that silly thing away, grandpa is coversiating about them good old days. Candy was a penny and it was a nickle to go to the picture show, another nickle for a candy bar and popcorn.))

((Lmao....Who is that you're jabbering with? Cain't you just call them up? Or invite them over. Grandpa would love to meet one of your little friends. I'd love to tell 'im a tale.))
