Hogwarts Class Roleplay

Brenda was dubious, "I don't know... it could be a trap. Or dangerous... Or there could be chainsaw murderers and the living dead!" Her eyes widened at the thought as her hair and eyes turned whiter with fear. Chainsaw murderers and animated carcasses were her biggest fears

Darin was excited for the adventure, but was slightly concerned for Brenda.
"C'mon," said he, "It'll be okay, just keep your wand out." He saw the girl nod stiffly, fear evident on her face as he pulled her by the arm into the room with Ani.
((Eep, wow. I haven't been getting email updates. Glad I checked! I'm sorry I was gone for a couple days. *Sheepish*))
Caleb bit his lip. "I'll find her later, or something," he said half-heartedly, mostly to reassure himself. He looked up at her shyly. "Yeah, I- I would like that." At the same time, he was a little nervous. It'd been awhile since they really talked, and... bad things had happened since then. What if things couldn't ever be the same?

((I know, I am terrible. *beams*))
Caleb smiled back, his shoulders loosening as little as he sat next to her. It is good to be back with her. He shrugged lightly, leaning his chin in his hands and smiling. "Whatever you want. What's been going on with you?" She looked pretty well. Not as haggard as she has before, and her smile was definitely real. He hoped she was doing okay.

((>_< I am a doofus.))
Caleb let out a little laugh, the first genuine one in quite awhile. He nodded and leaned back against the wall. "I like it, too. The professor is certainly... interesting." He ran his fingers over the edge of the bench. He tried to sound concerned and not jealous. The first was much more true, and the second really had no place there anyway. "How are thinks between you and Akrisios? He's being... civil? Just teaching?"

A band of rowdy sixth year Slytherins exited the Great Hall and pushed Claritza into the hallway, "Oi, dirtbags!" she shouted at them, "Watch it!" They only laughed and let Claritza get angrier.
"Look!" guffawed the tallest of them, "Th' li'le runt throwing a fit!" The group of boys with her laughed harder, making Claritza so angry she punched the boy who called her a runt in the nose. The laughter ceased and his nose began to bleed.
"You little brat!" shouted the boy she punched as Claritza started walking away dismissively. His friends were holding him back, because they didn't want to lose any house points, "I'll make you wish you were never born! Go die in a hole!"

"Will you please be my friend, I don't have any and... well... please?" She gave him an honest-to-goodness pleading expression.

"I don't shake hands with strangers, Mr. I-don't-think-I-want-to-tell-Claritza-my-name-because-I-enjoy-cruelly-keeping-her-in-suspense," she smiled girlishly.

"Why not?" she queried.

"Time to clean!"
Ani stared disbelievingly at the two objects the professor held out towards them. She looked at Brenda, her eyes begging, 'She's kidding, right?'

Brenda shook her head, sadly took a toothbrush and a bucket, and got down on her hands and knees.
The staff member looked at Ani, "C'mon, honey, yer turn."
((Wow, I really fail at this. Thank you.))
Ani slowly took the toothbrush, not yet recovered from the shock. With her other hand, she grabbed the bucket, and sat down on the floor next to Brenda. She held the toothbrush up, looking between it and the bucket in disbelief. It was not possible.

If the professor would leave, she knew some spells. Ani gave the woman a shaky, 'anxious' smile before she put the toothbrush to the floor and began to 'scrub'. If the woman wanted to play this game... Fine. Two could play.

"Well," said Brenda, "At least this is easy."
"Do you think she really has 'eyes everywhere'?" Ani whispered, sitting back to stare questioningly at Brenda. "I think she's bluffing."
Ani frowned, scowling in the direction where the teacher had left. "You really want to clean this whole bathroom with a toothbrush?"
Ani scowled, not relishing the idea of cleaning the entire bathroom, nonetheless with a toothbrush. "Yes, I have a brother. Do you have any?"

"No, just me... tell me about your brother," Brenda replied, calmly, scrubbing the floor.

2) a facial expression with crazy eyes and a stupid lip.
3) when accompanied by a " :3 " indicates happy moment, or blushing with out making the user feel as stupid as they would if they wrote *blush*}
"Ani..." said Brenda, stopping to go on her knees, "That hardly tells me anything about him... Tell me his favourite song, movie. What kind of ice cream does he like? Does he like going on roller coasters?"

Ani stopped cleaning. Folding her arms, her eyes narrowed in Brenda's direction. "Right... I feel strangely unconvinced."
((Sorry, I was sidetracked by my attempt at explaining my idea in Glass Stars. (PS, if anyone else in this group wants to join that group (another random rp group that I made), you are welcome to. Send a request, answer the question and tell me that you're in this group, etc... It would be fun to have you all.)))

She hadn't been expecting that. Sighing, Ani cast a quick spell to finish cleaning the bathroom. She stood slowly, and held out a hand to Brenda. "Come on."
"It's the Room of Requirement," Ani said with a smile. She knew the place well. "It contains whatever we may require." Opening the door, she looked back to the two. "Are you coming?"
((Unless it's not the Room of Requirement, switch to the Room of Requirement topic?))
