SOLVED. Sci fi, remote viewing [s]

Some agency uses a child to link into people's minds to have them murder themselves and it looks like suicide its alway recorded. A lady recorded herself on a video camera taking off her clothes. An old couple suffercated each other with plastic bags and video recorded it with smiles on thier faces. A pilot was killed and the black box recored him saying "weeee" that how the investigator figured out a child was using mind control
