All the mutants are tranquilized and brought back into the School with the exception of Gill, Carol and Savannah.

When fighting with Dee, Carol is hit by a blast of flame. Her earrings melted and fell, erasing the bonds she had with Xylia but she still can shape-shift.

Candi discovers that she can change into a polar bear, the same way Spearmint can change into a hawk and Zoe can change into a jaugar. There are now two Xylias. The group gets out of the School, but are now fighting with the Silencers again.

spearmint runs off and carol goes after her. she ends up chasing spearmint into the ocean and begins to cough up blood. she later suffers from severe blood loss and wynne takes care of her.

Wynne and Adrian watch the sunset together.

Carol later dies but is reincarnated by Theresse, who grants her powers but warns that if those powers get out of hand, the earth will be destroyed.

Tank kidnaps Fyre and takes him back to the School.

Fyre escapes, unharmed. Whitney and Pike join Fleet. Tank is accepted into Fleet, after renouncing Silencer ways. Fyre gets angry (though that's not a strong enough word), and blows up the School.

Xylia rebuilds the School by raising up an underground portion of it. It is also, as she says, fireproof.

Xylia does imagery on Carol which shakes the forest and makes Carol a little crazy afterwards.
