Jessica | 4 comments GENERALLY Federick Douglas was an african slave brough to the south of U.S and sold into slavery.
FURTHEMORE he was owned by Covey one of his masters who abused him, for instance he whiped his back whenever he felt like neverthless he did his job as he was told. Douglas wanted to be free and get his humanity back THEREFORE he run away. In CONCEQUENCE he could get kill by the slave's catchers if he got caugth. TRULY DOUGLAS fought Covey back and went away to a no slave state where he became free therefore he is a hero of his own life time.

Very nice work Jessica! This read like a neat little summary on the back of a book, clear and well-written. Bravo!
