Inactive Members MODS MUST READ

I know some groups do this and idk if we should.
Some groups kick people out if they don't get online often ( or on the group ) and they're inactive.
I for one think it is harsh and should not be done. BUT what about, only if they're a Mod ( this doesn't affect non-Mods ), if a Mod is inactive... We make them a house elf or just not a Mod.
If a Mod is going away or is busy or something of the sort, they can email or just send a message to me or one of the Headmasters telling us that they won't be active for a little while so that we won't make them a house elf or make them not a Mod. Once the Mod is back, they'll send me or any Headmaster an email or message telling us your back.
Mods, you won't have to do this if your gone for a week or so. We're talking a Month or Months! Not just a week or so.

Ok, idk if it's too much. So... Mods..... Please comment and say if we should or shouldn't do this.
