She elbowed him in the ribs lightly, not intending to do anything to hurt him. "Your friend was right. I can see why he finds you compleatly annoying." she said with a smirk. She looked to Vin. "I was just trying to get away from my life...it's complicated...but my plane crashed." she glanced at Ian. "Our plane."
emily heard them talking and said"hi"

She nodded. "I suppose this is still a way to get away too." she murmured thoughtfully. She didn't have to deal with her past here, her confusion. Here was good for her, here she could breathe.
She looked down at Emily. "hello?" she said in surprise
She rolled her eyes. "I trust no one." she shrugged.

She groaned and started walking back to the small chopped trees. She picked one up, struggling, and attempted carrying it down to the other supplies. These two newcomers wouldn't ruin her plans. She worked alone.
emily asked if she needed help
Max just wanted to shout no. She could do it herself. She managed to do everything herself. She flinched at the thought of how alone she had been before she got here. "Fine." she snapped, coming out of her thoughts. "But I can do the building by myself."

emily said"okay" and helped max with the small chopped trees
She sighed and continued bringing the last three trees over. "Now you guys can get food or whatever." she muttered. "I can construct this myself." she muttered
"Yes. Very happy." she said with a smirk
emily put what she was holding where max said she would do the building
"Yeah. That would be great actually." she said to Ian. She sat with a few of the trees and started making a wall. She made a frame with ease, she just needed those vines
emily watched max make the wall and said"wow that is good"
"Thanks." she said to Ian, allowing a small smile. She almost told Vin to just go, but she stopped herself. You have to let people help, you can't do everything. she told herself. "Fine." Maxine said to Vin hesitantly
emily looked at the house being built

Max chuckled. "Well those should do for now." she said, finishing the third wall. She looked at Vin's wall. "Good. All we need is the roof. She said. "Almost done."
She raised an eyebrow and stood, dtepping twoard him. She raised her chin arrogantly to look at him. She smirked a bit. "Did you doubt my amazing building skills Dr. Gray?"
She smirked, sizing him up. "Ill make you sleep outside of my amazing shelter for the night." she said playfully, but keeping a serious face. She let her mouth pull into a slight smirk as she arched her eyebrows and looked up at his twowering figure.
She surpressed her laughter, smirking. "Maybe I don't want your coconuts," -here she let out a huge smile-"maybe I can get my own." she smirked, glaring.
She laughed this time. "Mine are better." she said with a straight face, she couldn't help herself
"Wouldnt you like to know." she smirked, laughing. "Fine, I'll take your coconuts and you can sleep with me." she said. She covered her mouth. "In the hut!! you can sleep in the hut with us!" she said quickly.
She was trying to supress her laughter. "How many is it worth?"
She laughed, tears forming at her eyes. "All take ted and your coconuts." she said, giggling giddily. "That work?"
Max smirked and took it from him. Her smirk faded and her eyes grew distant. She started thinking quietly to herself about life bbefore this accident. She crossed her legs and sipped the milk from the coconut, frowning as she thought
Max blinked, watching him walk outside. "Is he okay?" she asked Ted quietly. She looked down at the nearly empty coconut in her hands and frowned. She shouldn't be this worried right? She didn't even know if ge thought her a friend. She frowned, looking at Ted curiously.

Maxine nodded, looking down at her meal. She ate a bit more, losing her appitite. "If your sure." she said((max is a girl Jacob xD))
