I would rather her end up with no one than with Will. And who knows she MIGHT end up up with neither Will nor Jem.
Perhaps Tessa's ultimate decision is not choosing either of them because she realizes that she will live forever and they won't...or she chooses Magnus...

i actually think there is a chance of Will committing suicide. he's quite self-destructive and he thinks he is hurting the people around him with his presence, as in he thinks he is a bad person. who knows? maybe a demon possessed him just like what happened to *SPOILER CoFA* Jace at the end of CoFA. Well, actually, I doubt Will would commit suicide, but I'm sure he would go on suicide missions to save people he cares about. and then he might die there.BUT I would HATE to see Will die... He is my choice (over Jem)! I love how he is so willing to hurt himself and his reputation in order to save people he loves. It probably took every single ounce of courage in him to say those stupid things at the end of CA to Tessa. Yeah, he hurt her, but I think we should all know that he was hurt, too. He really doesn't want her to like him; he really doesnt want ANYONE to like him--because he thinks that he is a bad person or something stupid....
On the contrary, I think Jem dying would be... normal? That was bad word choice, but that's what I think. I'm sure the Cassandra Clare is gonna spice it up. She surprises us every time! And I agree with you, Brittany, that Jem becoming a vampire would be a let down. But, I am sure there will be a twist to Cassie's story. Although I don't exactly want to see Jem die, I think it is crucial for the story for him to die. I think that actually, Will might be involved in Jem's death somehow... probably because Jem turns evil, and Will has to stop it. :'(
Oh, blah. My thoughts get mushier and mushier the harder I think about this, lol! I just can't wait for the book to come out!!!!!! WOOHOO

Those small expressions ran through my mind like a mantra when i read this. But i find it interesting that his attitude changed. Tessa said it herself that Jem is not usually mad. Do you think it's possible that his illness is doing that? I thought it only affected his physical health. It's slowly killing him, but i didn't know it messed with his mental health. Or it could be possible that he just snapped. People do that.
Right?
Maybe Jem just lost his cool, tired of waiting for Tessa to actually show real feeling of af Bfection towards him instead of Will. But it never struck to me that Jem was the jealous type.
What do you guys think.
BHJKNHKIJNKL; HOT HOT HOT is what I think. I think illness can effect mental health to, definitely. Maybe he thinks that because of his illness hes not good enough?
yeah, but wouldn't you think someone would be sad because of that? He just seemed flat out angry, frustrated, and mad!(and i completely agree with you brittany. Even though I am Team Will, HOT, HOT, HOT- is also something i was thinking when i read it.)

i thinnk Jem acts out of frystration cuz he thinks that the only reason Tessa touches him is cuz of his illness and he thinks that it has ruined his chance. He thinks that because of it, she will never see him just as a guy - always jaut as someone she needs to look after.The fever is probabably exaggerating his emotions to the point of this...Also, he is defeniteky not jealous, he doesnt even know that Will liked Tessa.
Anyway, i'm Team Jem and this made my day, cuz it is HOT!

Jem looses his temper with Will in this book so this might be part of THAT.
Well it wouldn't surprise me if the ullness affected him mentally as well. Because if he isnt well its going to mess with his head a bit when it gets really bad.

ummm...this is how i see it:
Jem's sick and it may be going to his head.
he shows a bit of non-milde emotion.
Will and Jem may of may not learn obout the other liking Tessa.
( i think they may already know though, or atleast suspect. After the fight with the Vampires and Jem coments on 'The Pretty Girl in the room'.)
Will was probably being his normal asshole self. maybe a bit more so if 'Of Loss' is anything to go by.
Isn't anyone else worried about both Jem and Will dying? They are parabati, Jem is already dying, and Cassie has said on twitter that when one parabati dies, so does the other one..... that's why its such an important bond. Think they will actually find a cure then? One of the teasers is about Will going behind Jem's back looking for a cure and he's not happy about it! ( thus Jem hitting Will...) Can't wait to read CP1!
Well I didn't know that (if one parabatai die so does the other one) I think they will find a cure.
I don't think it means that they literally die... just that they're depressed and broken inside. It's a strong bond emotionally, but I don't think it actually ties two lives together physically...And I think they'll find a cure, too... but it won't be simple or without any strings attached...
I don't think the cure will be simple either. Some kind of sacrifice may have to be made or something.
There are alway strings attached to something good. Nothing comes without a price. My mom sometimes says, "Nothing is free in this world."

And I am still torn between Jem and Will, I mean, normally in books when the romantic interest comes in I get all jittery, but I get jittery when both of them enter and it is a possibility that one of them will die as Cassie wrote a short description of the chapters of CP and in one of them she said that even she cries, or maybe Tessa realises she cannot be with either of them because she lives forever...either way I cannot wait for CP.
