I think Will is gonna die!!! Sad i know. The reasons for this are...
1)Jem..."
About #4, i was meant to write Cassie instead of Clary.
She said that in an interview.

Unless they turned him into a vampire to save him. But really that would be copying TMI as well. I seriously don't want it to be like TMI thats one of the main reasons her and Will shouldn't be together (aside from the fact hes a jerk).
I would rather her end up with no one than with Will. And who knows she MIGHT end up up with neither Will nor Jem.

LOL. But Magnus has Alec now. I dunno! I just wanna know. You know the book was originally meant to be out this month! *gets mad all over again*

BUT I would HATE to see Will die... He is my choice (over Jem)! I love how he is so willing to hurt himself and his reputation in order to save people he loves. It probably took every single ounce of courage in him to say those stupid things at the end of CA to Tessa. Yeah, he hurt her, but I think we should all know that he was hurt, too. He really doesn't want her to like him; he really doesnt want ANYONE to like him--because he thinks that he is a bad person or something stupid....
On the contrary, I think Jem dying would be... normal? That was bad word choice, but that's what I think. I'm sure the Cassandra Clare is gonna spice it up. She surprises us every time! And I agree with you, Brittany, that Jem becoming a vampire would be a let down. But, I am sure there will be a twist to Cassie's story. Although I don't exactly want to see Jem die, I think it is crucial for the story for him to die. I think that actually, Will might be involved in Jem's death somehow... probably because Jem turns evil, and Will has to stop it. :'(
Oh, blah. My thoughts get mushier and mushier the harder I think about this, lol! I just can't wait for the book to come out!!!!!! WOOHOO
PLEASE don't forget to vote for Jace: (scroll down a lot for the poll)

Cassie Clare has promised us like 5 different prizes if we can get Jace to 60%!!! Or at least, thats what she said on twitter...

Agree. on everything. the fact that in the end Will was hurt in the end is probably true.
Did you know Cassie put up Jace's POV of 'The manor house' in CoG and the Fay court thing in CoA.
After thought: Arther looks really good with Gwen, just saying.

He flinched away from her, and Tessa dropped her hand, hurt. “Jem, what it is it? You don’t want me to touch you?”
“Not like that,” he flared, and then flushed even darker than before.
“Like what?” She was honestly bewildered; this was behavior she might have expected from Will, but not from Jem: this mysteriousness, this anger.
“As if you were a nurse and I were your patient. You think because I am ill I am not like —” He drew a ragged breath. “Do you think I do not know,” he went on more quietly, “that when you take my hand, it is only so that you can feel my pulse? Do you think I do not know that when you look into my eyes it is only to see examine my pupils, to see how much of the drug I have taken? If I were another man, a normal man, I might have hopes, presumptions even; I might -—” His words seemed to catch; either because he realized he had said too much or because he had run out of breath.
She shook her head, feeling her plaits tickle her neck. “This is the fever speaking, not you.”
His eyes darkened, and he began to turn away from her. “You can’t even believe I could want you,” he said in a half-whisper. “That I am alive enough, healthy enough —”
“No.” Without thinking, she caught at his arm. He stiffened. “James, that's not at all what I meant —”
He curled his fingers around her hand, where it lay on his arm. His own scorched her skin, hot as fire. And then he turned her, and drew her toward him.
They stood face to face, chest to chest. His breath stirred her hair. She felt the fever rising off him like mist off the Thames; sensed the pounding of the blood through his skin, saw with a strange clarity the pulse at his neck, the light on the pale curls of his hair where it lay against his paler throat. Prickles of heat ran up and down her skin, bewildering her. This was Jem — her friend, steady and reliable as a heartbeat. Jem did not set her skin on fire or make the blood rush fast inside her veins until she was dizzy.
Did he?
“Tessa,” he said. She looked up at him. There was nothing steady or reliable about his expression. His silver eyes were dark, his cheeks flushed. As she raised her face, he brought his down, his mouth slanting across hers, and even as she froze in surprise they were kissing.
TEAM JEM ALL THE WAY!!

AWWW!!!
OH MY GOD!!!
WTH???
Huh.
Those small expressions ran through my mind like a mantra when i read this. But i find it interesting that his attitude changed. Tessa said it herself that Jem is not usually mad. Do you think it's possible that his illness is doing that? I thought it only affected his physical health. It's slowly killing him, but i didn't know it messed with his mental health. Or it could be possible that he just snapped. People do that.
Right?
Maybe Jem just lost his cool, tired of waiting for Tessa to actually show real feeling of af Bfection towards him instead of Will. But it never struck to me that Jem was the jealous type.
What do you guys think.

I think illness can effect mental health to, definitely. Maybe he thinks that because of his illness hes not good enough?

(and i completely agree with you brittany. Even though I am Team Will, HOT, HOT, HOT- is also something i was thinking when i read it.)
;)

The fever is probabably exaggerating his emotions to the point of this...Also, he is defeniteky not jealous, he doesnt even know that Will liked Tessa.
Anyway, i'm Team Jem and this made my day, cuz it is HOT!

Totally agree!
Team Jem!! Jem has more swag than Will B| argh I wanna read this right now.

i think that too. buuut...i also think that the illness is afecting him a bit mentally. i think it was Will who said/thought about what happens when Jem gets really sick. and Jem might have cought on to Will's feelings. and... Jem looses his temper with Will in this book so this might be part of THAT.

But neither Will nor Jem have any idea that the other likes Tessa. Cassie's character QnA make that quite clear.

They might in CP

well that wouldn't be good. I don't want Will and Jem to hate each other. They are really good freinds, and care about each other. But Tessa just might be the wedge that drives them apart. NOOOOO!

I don't know... I find it odd that he would snap at Tessa the way he did, but maybe he was just frustrated with everything and it's finally going to come out in CP!

i agree

Indeed! That abusive rogue.

He probably didn't betray him he probably just did something stupid.

He probably didn't betray him he probably just did something stupid."
i love Will, but doesn't he alway do something stupid and risky, sooner or later?
but, Meghana, the earlier teaser, where Jem hits Will, Tessa thinks it's over something he stole. So i guess stealing is doing something stupid.
:0
;)

this is how i see it:
Jem's sick and it may be going to his head.
he shows a bit of non-milde emotion.
Will and Jem may of may not learn obout the other liking Tessa.
( i think they may already know though, or atleast suspect. After the fight with the Vampires and Jem coments on 'The Pretty Girl in the room'.)
Will was probably being his normal asshole self. maybe a bit more so if 'Of Loss' is anything to go by.

And I think they'll find a cure, too... but it won't be simple or without any strings attached...

My mom sometimes says, "Nothing is free in this world."
Well, in this particular case, "Nothing is free in the Shadowhunter world."

Dear sensible Miss Gray,
I write to you on behalf of a mutual friend, one William Herondale. I know that it is his habit to come and go — most often go — from the Institute as he pleases, and that therefore it may be some time before any alarm is raised at his absence. But I ask you, as one who holds your good sense in esteem, not to assume this absence to be of the ordinary sort. I saw him myself last night and he was, to say the least, distraught when he left my residence. I have reason for concern that he might do himself an injury, and therefore I suggest that his whereabouts be sought and his safety ascertained. He is a difficult young man to like but I believe you see the good in him, as I do, Miss Gray, and that is why I humbly address my letter to you —
Your servant,
Magnus Bane

hate to say it, but i agree... that teaser didn't give much excitement, sadly.

And I am still torn between Jem and Will, I mean, normally in books when the romantic interest comes in I get all jittery, but I get jittery when both of them enter and it is a possibility that one of them will die as Cassie wrote a short description of the chapters of CP and in one of them she said that even she cries, or maybe Tessa realises she cannot be with either of them because she lives forever...either way I cannot wait for CP.
