New Challenge Suggestions

Specifically looking for February Challenge ideas.

2. All Romance Theme

Is there any specific criterion for February? Or do you just want random book title suggestions?

Anything is good. Just looking for a few new ideas. It must be a challenge idea with specific rules, but no specific guidelines for suggesting a challenge.

Well, after looking at the January challenge, we could stick with season/holiday ideas and read a book with love/lover, kiss, etc. in the title. I'd have to think of more suggestions.

Going with the Valentine's theme how about a book with a mostly red or pink cover.

Very. Maybe even make it all romances? What do you gals think.

Sounds good to me. I like all the ideas.

We really need May challenge ideas! I have a few Halfway Challenge ideas, but not many monthly ones. So please! Throw out ideas. Preferably an angle we haven't done, but anything would be great. I need to post by April 25. Thanks!

Maybe these holidays can help inspire some ideas?

May 1 - Beltaine (Rites of Spring) (Link) (magic, witches, druids, Celtic themes)
May 1 - May Day
May 1 - Kentucky Derby (horse racing)
May 2 - World Laughter Day (read something funny)
May 3 - Paranormal Day
May 8 - Mother Ocean Day (ocean setting, character/s work on or in the ocean, mermaids, sea creatures)
May 9 - Mother's Day
May 15 - Armed Forces Day (character from any of the armed forces)
May 24 - Victoria Day (Canada, Scotland)
May 30 - Indianapolis 500 (car racing)
May 31 - Memorial Day (in the US)

Some of those days sound rather intresting and could tie up with books.

I agree with Gem. Some of those holidays would certainly tie in. You could read a book featuring magic or druids for Beltaine, a book where one of the main characters is a mom for Mother's day or a book set in Canada or Scotland for Victoria Day. It should be pretty easy to find PNR or UF books to tie in with a number of the May holidays.
