I need help from some smarter than in in computer terms

I had a Yahoo accout some time ago. I tried to log in using the name I thought I had used.

When it did not not take it, I tried three time to create a new accout. Why, why do they make it so hard to contact them?

It would not take my password. and I don't HAVE an alternate e mail! These losers are not worth bothering with and I am so mad now I am about to stroke out!!!!

Any suggestions? Can I find a good old fashioned snail mail address so I can write them? You can't aks for help on their site without being logged in and I CANNO LOG IN!!!!

I'm not sure I get why it's hard to start a new account. A new account would "take" whatever password you provide.

I'd say forget about Yahoo and get a gmail account with Google, or a hotmail account with MSN.

I used to advertise with yahoo. They suck out loud.
