No, it's not available yet, Neil. Sorry :( I'm still waiting to receive my ARC, so I haven't got a copy yet. Lol. I know some reviewers in the US, where the publisher is based, have received their copies already.
For anyone who purchases a copy, it should be out at the end of the month, fingers crossed.
Advanced review copy that goes to reviewers. I also noticed that the book is currently unavailable from Amazon.co.uk, the reason being they don't know if the publisher/distributor can fulfill the demand of the advance orders, which at least shows its sold a few :)

A million pounds in dollars all depends on the exchange rate. I think it's about 1.5066 million U.S. dollars (1.00 GBP = 1.50758 USD at the moment).

I think it's just to do with the books delivery from the printer to the distributor to the seller.

Thanks. Yes, the web is chock full of surprises. As for the book, I just hope zombie lovers give it a chance. The Giveaway on here finishes in a couple of days and I hope the copies go to zombie enthusiasts:)
