If the author is also the narrator (for audio), should we add their name once as the author and a second time as the narrator?

I would just put "Narrated by the author" in the description.

I haven't ever done anything in that instance. Vicki's suggestion seems to be a good one.

You can list the role for the author as "Author/Narrator"; I don't think that the system lets you add the same author to a book twice.

I've been wondering the same thing about authors who also illustrate their work.

I thought if an author had more than one role we listed them just once without further specifying role. Putting illustrated, narrated by the author in the book description field would make sense.
