Mirno:I'm not even gonna ask how you know my name and her name. Things have stopped surprising me by now.
Me:*chuckles. Inside mind*yes! Tisina was long on how long it would take! *out loud* That's good. There are a lot of surprised when you are a golub. I'm just not sure of all of them. Why don't you tell me some?
Mirno:...okay...well, first becoming a dove is really shocking. And then the weird situations that humans get into that you have to somewhat fix. And of course, first finding out that you are a golub.
Me:Uh, well, actually, I was talking about golubs in general. Not you specifically.
Mirno:What do you mean?
Me:Well, the first two things you said are fine, but the last-you are the only one who hasn't known his whole life that he, well, wasn't human.
Mirno:I'm still confused.
Me:Yeah, I would be confused if I were you too. Basically, every other golub besides you is born and raised a golub. They know it their whole lives. But you didn't because of the special situation between your parents. Your dad was a golub, and your mother, as you know, is human. Your father wasn't around when you were growing up because of an unfortunate accident. Your mother never fully understood what your father was, so she couldn't have explained it to you.
Mirno:That sounds really complicated.
Me:Yeah, it is. But you aren't in the least bit curious how I know all this stuff about you?
Mirno:Well, it's obvious, isn't it? You aren't human either. You are a golub, one of Tisina's friends.
Me:Actually, no, I'm human. I just sort of thought you up, and now you exist. And Tisina, she doesn't really have friends. She was the odd one out always. And now because I said that it's true. And now something else has to happen much later on...oh geese, I have to go write this down. I'll finish talking to you later!
Mirno:Umm, okay. Bye.
