"Oh, great," Tash grumbled, getting in the passenger seat.
"So you've lived in this area for how long?" Tash asked, still a bit disgruntled at the knowledge of his ignorance.
Lovely, Tash thought. And now she knows where I live. He didn't usually deal with the humanoid creatures - he wasn't the most sociable person, and he preferred the easy straightforwardness of tooth and claw to making polite - or even impolite - conversation. Though he could act very sociably, if called upon.
"Ah, Ms. Elestra," he said calmly a while later, eyes fixed on his side mirror. "How well can you drive? I seem to have picked up some pursuit."
Not good - especially not so close to his home, which was supposed to be a refuge.

"I can drive as well as I need to. What do you have in mind Master Tash?"
If worst comes to worst I can always call on my magic too
He smiled, wide and slow. "Why, evasion, Ms. Elestra."

"Hang on to your hats." she laughed as the car jostled over pot holes and small fallen branches.
"Ha - you should try fourwheeling," Tash informed her. "Do you think it's wise, going on this road? There aren't many connecting to it, and there is definitely no traffic."
He glanced back. "I do admit, though, that the sight of a limo is amusing." He grinned.

"Two towns away?" he frowned. "I would have thought I knew all the non-human residents nearby. Well, you're welcome to take my car." He tossed her some keys. "Lead on."
