Quinn is the closest Ive found so far as what I think Cassandra was trying to describe. Shes petite, 'flat chested' lol, and closer to what I think Clary is supposed to be. Plus I think Emma Roberts is too well known as someone who plays corny kids shows and crappy disney movies. She just doesnt work for me :/

hmm...hmmm...Im thinking....Rachel Hurd-Wood and Saorise Ronan are two actresses I havent heard much about. But they both kinda fit the picture. Im kinda unsure on this one....but I do know that Alex Pettyfer is my Jace. No matter what.

Saorise Ronan is probally the best pick, acting wise. She's already been nominated for an Oscar for her role in Atonement and she's in The Lovely Bones
cool. The Lovely Bones is going to be so good. Saorise looks the part, thats for sure. So, if she can act, then she's my new top pick.

Im not sure who she is, really, but someone else had her on their list....Im not completely convinced...
I know who she is and she definietly isn't who I picture, but I can never find just the right person, I'm picky.
I don't think she acts... she's a singer, and she isn't really the Izzy in my mind...

i hate the fact that everyone keeps thinking magnus is asian or that hes half asian
all it ever said in the book is that by the look of his eyes CLARY THOUGHT he MIGHT be PART asian
i think Adam Lambert is perfect and he wears glitter as well

As much as I love Adam Lambert, he is no where near my Magnus. Miyavi is pretty much a perfect fit in my mind.
That's a little obnoxious of her. lol. I mean, it kind of annoys me when authors make books multicultural "on purpose" … it makes it seem like they're trying too hard, sometimes. You know what I mean?

Okay, well, I just wanted to point out to you that if you go on Cassandra's website she talked about casting for Magnus and specifically said that she would NOT allow a cauasian actor to play him. Which means it cant be Adam Lambart, Sorry. She made the book multicultural on purpose and said that she wants him played by an asian, or part asian actor.
So, I still think Miyavi is perfect and Im not just 'assuming' that he's asian. Cassandra plans for him to be. So...sorry.

Molly C. Quinn looks like a Clary with straight hair! And it's funny I saw her on the cover of some magazine last week.
