Aaron Smith A great loook into what seems to be the culmination of the real estate bubble of the "American dream" and how we can recover from it. A great book to look into our past thoughts of the "rights" for all to own their own houses on tracts of land not always in the most fiscally responsible manner. It helps to paint the picture of how we have evolved as a society from colonization of our nation, through Thomas Jefferson's ideas for a planned society, and on to what led up to the burst a few years ago.

My friends and I were thinking of getting into the real estate business, possibly dealing with sustainable residences and the rental market. As recent college grads without too much life expericene, this book is definately one that I would recommend reading before committing to anything in the real estate or sustainable industries.
