Jersey took one look at Sam's clothes and held back a laugh. "Cassie got hurt by this one person who claimed to be her mom. I think she's a stitch. Cassie's in the hospital being tested for a sprained ankle. I wanted to let you guys know because you're the adults; the rolemodels. I thought maybe..." She was rambling.

"Yeah kid, okay. Want us to get some medical tape?" Sam asked. She gave a glare, knowing that Jersey wanted to laugh. What was wrong with black skinny jeans, a black tank and converse? It suited her.

Jersey shook her head. "No, just thought being the resposible adualts, you would-" She looked around. "Where's Opal? She said she was coming with you."

Sam was silent. She didn't see Opal anywhere.

Jersey opened her mouth, then closed it, the took a deep breath. "So she went to a wiper. If we get there before her memory's wiped, we can convince her to come back and stay with us. You'll still be irrisponsible, but at least you'll have your sister." She thought about it. "Opal's a watcher. Imagine what a wiped watcher might do..."

Carson was being very slow today. "What could she do?"

She couldn't loose her first friend. "Where's the nearest wiper?" She asked, pulling Carson's arm. She had to make sure Cassie was okay. Am I the only mature one here?!

"Oh, I dunno." Sam said, perking up. "Maybe go and meet my mom!" She suggested. Her face turned hard.

Carsn shot Sam "The Look" when she mentioned her mom. "Nearest wiper is a few blocks down."

Jersey looked at Sam. Her mom? She shook away the thought. "Okay, that's good amd bad." She pulled him in the hospital, sighed in at the visitors table, then went into the room Cassie was in. "Cassie, Opal's missing."

Sam shrinked away at Carson's evil glare. He looked scary, lethal even.

"I know, okay?" Jersey took a deep breath and turned back to Cassie. "I'm signing you into the hospital until we find her, okay?" She didn't wait for an answer. She went to the front desk, signed her in, then went out the doors, forgetting to drag Carson along. "Where's the wiper place?"

Carson caught up to her, "down the street then take a left."

Sam decided to stay with Cassie. She was really pissed that Jersey ruined the moment. But half of her wanted the moment to end. She glared at her shoes.

Opal stopped stuggling. She had too many burns already. Anymore and she'd bleed. Why won't you let me go?! I didn't do anything!

"I uh ... just brother instinct," he answerred. For some reason he didn't want anyone else, but Sam, to know about his mind reading skills. If people knew that could lead to trouble.

"Just an instinct could mean your wrong," Jersey said. "but we can't take that chance. Okay, if she is kidnapped, why and who would take her and where would they go?"

"Division. Sam's mother could be behind this. She knows that I love Opal and would go after her. This is just her way to lead me right into her trap..." Carson hissed through gritted teeth.

Sam heard shuffling coming towards her room. She stood up.
Two Division agents came in.
Sam tensed.
"Where's your boyfriend?" One asked.
Sam gritted her teeth. "Right next to you, he killed your dog then made you eat it." She said. Her pupils dialated.
The agent gasped and got out his gun.
"No I'm not! You didn't even have a dog!" The other one pleaded. He looked at Sam. "You evil bi-" His voice was silenced by the sound of a gunshot.
"Oops, nevermind. It was you who killed your dog." Sam said.
The agent shot himself. Without a faithful pooch, he had nothing to live for!
Sam picked up Cassie and ran out of the hospital. That was sure to lead attention.

Jersey blinked. "Sam's mom works for Division?"

The back of the door opened and Opal closed her eyes from the sudded light. Why are we always taken? First me and Cassie, then Sam, now me again! She opened her eyes, trying to figure out where she was. I'm being carried... by a really big building. That doesn't help...

"Yeah. And she well ... lets just say stuff happened between the two of us. Now, I have no other choice but to fall into her trap and get myself killed. Should be fun, right?" Carson smirked, his eyes glowing with revenge. "I'm always up for a challenge."

Carson, just killed two Division members. Sam thought warily.

"Oh sh*t." Sam muttered. She ran to an abandoned house and plopped Cassie on the bed. "Just wait here." She said. She ran after Carson. Wait, where are you? She asked.
