I have had a major crush on Raistlin from the Dragon Lance Chronicles since I first met him! Which is kinda scary considering he is possessed and kinda evil but there is just something there I would love to have a relationship with him and look into his hourglass eyes everyday and find a lasting real relationship with him!

I was absolutely in love with Raistlin from Dragon Lance Chronicles. Which is weird because he is sort of an evil character. But if he were a real person I would totally date him if he would have me. BTW he might actually want to cause he has a thing for good girls!

I used to love Edward Cullen. But now, I just started New Moon...and now I hate him. How could he break Bella's heart like that?? NOOO!!! EDWARD SHOULD GO DIE!!!!!!! I especially hate that he took everything that she had to remember him by. When Bella sees him again, she should beat him up. Or at least, give him a good, hard slap across his UGLY face!! GRRRR!!!

Yeah I guess I do have a thing for the bad boys, but it never goes well! Duh!!!! Good girls and bad boys just don't mix well for some reason. I have tried to be with the boy scout too and just could not muster any strong feelings for him! Anyone know why that is? Well, Sella, I'm tempted to say something, but I won't. I actually re-reading new moon right now. Just like Jackie said, if something in the book angers you, please don't rip it in half. If you do you won't be able to read it very well...and then you won't know what happens!

And Jackie, New Moon is the sequel to Twilight. Both are by Stephanie Meyer. There is also a third book called Eclipse, and a fourth one coming out this summer, called Breaking Dawn. The most basic way to describe them is to say that they are romances involving vampires. A lot of teenagers love them (including me)! And if you have a thing for bad boys...well, lets hope that it not happen for James, because he is most definitly evil.

Oooohhhh I love vampire stories and have had some strange dreams involving a vampire guy coming to my room to woo me and he bites my thigh and tells me now I am his queen and then he leaves! I woke up and had two puncture marks where he had bit me in my dream! I think I must have hurt myself in my sleep or something cause I am most definitely not a vamp myself even though I love to be up until 4 in the morn and sleep all day, I do NOT drink blood, don't even like my meat medium or rare it has to be practically burned and I don't have a prob with the sun. Can I read the series from here? Is there a site I can go to?

i actually really enjoyed the potter books because of the characters. you got to love them, and some of them were really quite hilarious. have you read all of the books, brigid? it's very interestnig to see how the characters develop over time. and when you understand what's driving them and all that, it's really just amazing.

dianna, i just couldn't get into them! i read like two and a half of them and they just didn't draw me in. i mean, if i'm not hooked from the beginning of the series, i just don't think it's worth it.

brigid, do you read fantasy a lot? because i can understand that people who don't like fantasy wouldn't really get into the HP series. one of the things that i really enjoy about them, though is how amasing JK is. she really did her research on these books. if you look up names and spells, it is incredible how much you can learn and predict. like Sirius Black. Sirius is the name of the brightest star in our sky, located in hte constellation of Canis Major, or, the Large Black Dog. Rrgulus is another star in the Constellation of Leo the Lion, (but i have not found any significance in the lion part). i really enjoy looking all sorts of things up, and then finding connections with the books and plot and characters... it's truly fantastic what you can find.

hehe on my science book cover, I had what I called my "Hall of fame." It was filled with character crushes! (Some actors were on their, too!)
