"Ok, well if you girls have everything sorted out, I'll be going now." Zach said, standing up.
"Bye," Rebecca said pecking zach on the cheek.
"Bye," Zach said, returning the peck with one of his own. Then he walked out of the resturant, made sure he was in a shadow, and was gone in the blink of an eye.
Rebecca went and got in her Corvett ready to take Susannah home.
Susannah followed, and got into the pasanger side. "Thanks again." she said as she buckled her seatbelt.

"now that i have nothing to hide is good and i have more choices???????? i dont have much more choices" star said "if i do what are they????
"How about any guy in this school who doesn't have a girlfriend?" Christain said. "None of them can freak out about you being a vampire, because you are no longer a vampire."
"No problem," Rebecca said starting driving. "So how do I get to your house?"
"Well, you go down this street for 2 blocks, take a left, drive for 5 blocks, and then turn right, drive for a mile, and you're there." Susannah said.
Rebecca followed the directions and oulled up to Susannah's house a few minutes later.**********
Jacob twisted his arm free. "Kahlan I'm sorry but this needs to stop. You know I still love you. theres nothing that can change that. But you have to understand that I had no control over the fact that I imprinted on Susannah too." Jacob took Kahlans face in his hands and kissed her.
No matter how angry she was the moment Jacob's lips met Kahlan's she couldn't help but kiss back.
"Thanks." Susannah said, and she got out of the car, and walked into her room. What she saw made her freeze.
Jacob looked up and saw Susannah. He stopped kissing Kahlan and his hands dropped to his sides.
Tears blurred Susannah's eyes, but she was determined not to show them. "You know, if you wanted to be with her, you could have told me. I would have let you go, no hard feelings. You would have SAID SOMETHING! I shouldn't have to walk into MY DAMN ROOM and find who I thought was my BOYFRIEND kissing someone else. You want it that way? Fine, have her, but leave me the hell alone." and with that, Susannah ran back out of the room, not knowing where she was going, just knowing she had to go somewhere, anywhere else.
Jacob started after Susannah but Kahlan grabbed his arm. "And where do you think you're going?" She asked."Kahlan get off me," Jacob said. "I love you, I really do but right now I need to be with Susannah." He didn't even wait for a response, he pulled away from Kahlan and ran after Susannah.
Susannah ran, but she had just gotten to her favorite tree before she collapsed in tears at the base of it.
Jacob found Susannah, knealt down next to her, and gently rubbed her back. "Susannah I'm so so sorry," he whispered.
Susannah shook her head, tears still streaming down herr cheeks. "No, your not. You love her. I get that. What I dont get is why you cant just leave me alone. Why you keep puttig me through this-this...constant tourture. You don't have to worry about me or Kahlan going out with another guy, but we have to worry about you going out with another girl. So why don't you just go back to Kahlan, and leave me alone?"
"Because I cant," Jacob said. "You think I don't realize how much easier it would be for everyone if I could? Do you think that that's never even crossed my mind? Susannah, I wish it were that simple. But I just honstly can't just not want to be with you all the time."
Susannah looked up, and now she was angry. "Well, you're going to have to learn to live with it, because i dont want nothing to do with you. I should never have started this relationship, should have stayed away from you. I knew it couldnt end well. But like they say, better late than never, right?" then she stood, and started to climb up the tree, not looking back.
Jacob started up after her and climbed quicker and easier so that he was able to get in front of her. "Susannah please," he begged, his voice choked. "Please, I can't bare the thought of not being with you."
Susannah glared. "Jacob. Go. Away. You have Kahlan. You can't have everything, or everybody, so leave me alone. I'm tired of the constant thought of 'there's always Kahlan' 'he loved her before you' 'you'll always be the 'other' girl' thoughts! I just want it to go away, and the only way to do that, is to have you go away too." she started to climb back down.
Jacob lept down and got to the ground at about the same time as Susannah. "I'd choose you," he told her quietly, "if I had a choice in the matter I wouldn't hesitate to choose you."
That made Susannah pause. She wanted it to be true, but how could she be sure with the damn imprint in the way? "You'd probably say that to Kahlan too if she were in the same situation." Susannah whispered.
"You're right I might," Jacob said. "I just might, but I wouldn't bet on it being true." He gently stroked Susannah's cheeks and tucked her hair behind her ear.
"You could say that too!" Susannah said. "This is why I hate the imprint. Because I cant tell if what you say is you or the imprint."
Jacob wrapped his arms around Susannah and kissed the top of her head. "I don't even know," he said. "It feels like it's me talking but the imprinting is so much a part of me that it could just feel real."
Susannah burried her face in his chest and cried. She wasnt sure why. She just needed to let some steam out, so she cried.
Jacob held Susannah while she cried and gently stroked her hair and back trying to comfort her.
Finally Susannah stopped crying, and she said, "Sorry."
"I got your shirt all wet." Susannah said, smiling.
"It doesn't matter," Jacob said. "All that matters is that you smiled again."
Susannah laughed, and hugged him.((G2G 'night))
Jacob hugged Susannah back and rested his chin on her head.
Susannah suddenly pulled back several steps. "I shouldn't." she said.
Jacob's face fell. "I understand," he said, "just know that if you ever need anything you know where to find me. And if it's within my power I'll do it, and even if it's not I'll try to make it within my power." Then he kissed her head one more time and turned to leave.
Susannah knew she was doing the right thing. Jacob had Kahlan, and things were better overall if he just stayed with Kahlan. Plus, if Susannah admitted it to herself, she really liked Kahlan, and didnt want to hurt her. Actually, they could have been good friends of Kahlan didnt hate her. She knew her mom would think she was making the right decision. She knew all of this. If it's so right, why does it hurt so much? she thought to herself. You'll be fine, you'll get over it. You have to. so with those thoughts, she turned, and walked further into the forest, the place where she felt most comfortable.

"Right. Sorry. I love you too. It's just, a change. Nevermind. I said nothing." Christain said, then he continued to get his books together.

Christain got his books together, and left for his next class.Susannah looked up, "What?" she asked.
forever went to follow him but suddenly felt tired and dizzy as if all the years wihtout sleep came rushing in and she collapsed against the lockers falling asleep just as the bell rang and everyone ran towards their next class so they wouldnt be late no one noticing her.
Christain got to class, but noticed Forever wasnt there. She was right behind me... then he remembered it was a B day, and decided she probably had a different class.
forever was havng a nightmare that the voultri was casing her to kill her and she was running as fast as she could as a human and was panting so hard she could barely breath and wassweating in her dream and in the waking world. she saw christian and was trying to get to him but he kept running farther and farther away and eventually the voultri caught up to her but she got away and kept running but they kept catching her.
Christain was getting worried, but he was sure when Forever finally showed up, she would tell him "What, I cant take care of myself? You're overreacting." just liked she had in the last class.
the bell rang for the next class and still nobody realized forever laying on the floor curled up in a ball sweating and panting so hard she could barely breath as the torture of her nightmare continued
Christain finally decided that despite what Forever would say, and despite that he was more than likely wrong, he went looking for her, instead of going to class, just to make sure she was ok.
