"I'm NOT a leech," Kahlan said."So what time should we meet you at the restaurant?" Rebecca asked.
((OMG, I forgot who she was talking to! Sorry!))"I meant Dog." Melanie said.
"7:00." Caleb said, not particularly happy that Rebecca was coming.
Rebecca nodded. "Alright, we'll see you there."This is a waste of time, Jacob said. What did you think was so important that you needed me anyway? He asked.
Embry didn't answer, they were making him look like an idiot, they were just talking, and it didn't even look like Caleb was hitting on Susannah.
"Right." Susannah said, nodding.Caleb 'casually' wrapped an arm around Susannah's shoulders.
Susannah 'casually' shrugged his arm off.
Dakota was bored now.
Jacobs eyes narrowed and a low growl escaped his throat. Jacob quickly shifted got dressed and went inside. "Hey babe" he said walking up behind Susannah and wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Um, hi." Susannah said, thrilled that Jacob was there, but confused as to why he was there."Who's that?" Caleb asked, his eyes narrowing almost inperceptably.
"This is Jacob. My boyfriend." Susannah said.
"Hi," Jacob said to Caleb, then turned to Rebecca and Zach. "Hey guys."
Rebecca moved over a little giving Jacob enough room to sit next to Susannah. Jacob sat and lifted Susannah on to his lap.
Dakota walked around boredly.
Susannah wiggled back into her chair. "We're in school." she whispered to Jacob as a teacher narrowed her eyes at them.
"So what," Jacob said kissing Susannah's cheek.
"So don't get us detention." Susannah said. But she smiled at him anyway.
"Well I don't go to school here," Jacob said. "So I can't get detention," Jacob laughed and kissed her neck.
"But I can." Susannah said, laughing. "Speaking of school, why aren't you in it?" she asked.
Jacob shrugged. "Didnt feel Ike it today, I wanted to see you."
"You should be in school." Susannah said, even though her heart soared at the thought that Jacob wanted to see her.
"It'll be there tomorrow," Jacob said. "Anyway I was thinking that maybe you cold come over to my place tonight around 7 for dinner," he said trying to discreetly end Calebs plan for a date with Susannah.
"I can't." Susannah said. "I already told Caleb, Zach, and Rebecca that I would join them for dinner. But you can come if you want."
"I'd love to," Jacob said his eyes floating briefly to Caleb to see his reaction.
Caleb restrained from rolling his eyes, and smiled at Jacob, but it didn't reach his eyes."Cool!" Susannah said, smiling, thinking that the dinner would be even more fun with Jacob there.
"Alright, well I better get going," Jacob said. "If I'm not going to classes at my own school I'm not gonna go here. I'll see you tonight Susannah," he said as he leaned over to kissed her cheek. "Emby's still outside," he whispered reassuringly right as she kissed her cheek. Then he got up and began to walk away. "Keep your hands off my girlfriend," he hissed very quietly as he passed Caleb.
Dakota was bored. Shw wandered around.
"Whatever you say." Caleb whispered back, a mischievous glint in his eye."Bye." Susannah said to Jacob.
"Oh my gosh, that was so sweet," Rebecca sighed. "You are so lucky you've got Jacob," she said to Susannah.
"I am." Susannah said, smiling."And what am I, exactly?" Zach asked.
((Someone make a guy for Dakota pretty please? XD))
"Don't worry I still love you," Rebecca laughed.
Zach smiled, "I knew that." he said jokingly. But he was lying through his teeth.
Rebecca took Zachs hand. "Hey I'm the one who should be worried," she said reassuringly. "I mean most girls here thought you were good looking before, now that you're a vampire you are breath taking, and almost all the girls here are noticing it."
Zach nodded, like he knew what she was talking about. In realitly, he hadn't looked in a mirror since.

Jacob pulled his rabbit up in front of Susannah's house at 6 o'clock and went an knocked on her door, wearing a brown suite with a blue button down shirt and a dark blue tie.
Susannah was in what she had worn to school: a black blouse with dark, ironed, blue jeans, and had her hair in a low ponytail. She opened the door, and smiled, "Hey, Jacob. What are you doing here?"
"I came to pick you up for dinner tonight," Jacob said as if it should be obvious.
"Really? Oh, ok, let me get my wallet." Susannah siad, and she went back inside. She had to look for it, since she lost it in her room yesterday.
Jacob stepped inside and closed the door. "So um... wheres that guy you were hanging out with at lunch," he called, "what was his name again?"
"His names Caleb. He's meeting us at the resturant." Susannah said as she walked back down the stairs, her wallet in her back pocket.
"Cool, so what time are we meeting everyone?"
"7:00." Susannah said. "Which is why I'm wonderin why you're so early?"
"Just because I didn't know what time the dinner was. But since I'm so early, we don't have to leave just yet," Jacob said and kissed her softly for just a second.
Susannah nodded, "Yeah, cuz if we leave now we'll be the only ones there."
"Yeah," Jacob said. "Exactly." Then kissed her again.
Jacob deepened the kiss, lifted Susannah, carried her to her room, and laid her on her bed.
Susannah wrapped her arms around Jacob's neck.
