Rebecca shrugged. "Well she's not really the big problem right now. I mean she said someday when you've forgotten but right now we have to worry about the Voltouri."

Zach sighed, "You're right. That bugs me too. We need to keep you alive." Zach said, almost to himself.
"It's alright," Rebecca said. "Even if you and Christian don't come up with anything there's still my idea."
"That's not keeping you alive." Zach said.
"It's the next best thing," Rebecca countered. "And it's a way for me to keep my brother safe."
"Your brother doesnt even want you to do it." Zach countered.
"I'd rather do something he doesn't want me to to save him, then do what he wants and risk losing him and you."
"And who's going to change you?" Zach asked.
"You," Rebecca said as if it should have been obvious.
"Hold on." Zach said. He picked up his cell phone, and called Susannah."Hello?" she answered sleeply.
"Susannah? It's Zach." he said.
"What the hell? It's 3 am!" Susannah said.
"I know, but i had a question: What would you do if you just got turned into a vampire, and your girlfriend and her brother are in danger from those same vampires that changed you, but you dont want to chage them, and yet your girlfriend insists that it's the only way to keep them alive?" he asked.
Rebecca just stared at him. "By telling her all this you're endangering her life," she told him quietly so her voice wouldn't carry over the phone.
"Crap, now I just endangered your life. Can I do anything right?" Zach said into the phone."Zach, take a deep breath, and cool it." Susannah said.
Zach took some deep breaths, and tried not to start to hyperventalate.
"Now, what the heck are you talking about?" Susannah asked.
Rebecca shook her head. "You can't tell her," she whispered. "It's too dangerous."
"I'm not supposed to tell you." Zach said."And why not?" Susannah asked.
"Rebecca said it would put you in danger." he said.
"Then why did you call?" Susannah asked.
"Because I was fighting with Rebecca over it, and I needed an un-biased opinion." Zach said.
"Just tell her whatever you want," Rebecca groaned. "Jacobwill protect her when the voltouri come."
"Ok, Rebecca said I could tell you." Zach told her everything."Oh, um, wow. Ok, Well, what are you asking me?" Susannah asked.
"Whether I should go with Rebecca's plan or not." Zach said.
Rebecca had a brief thought about using magic to make Susannah side with her, but quickly pushed that thought aside.
"Hm...so, one way, you get to stay with Rebecca, but she's a vampire. The other way, you lose not only Rebecca, but her brother too. Zach, you are so stupid. One option has two pros, and all the other one has in cons." Susannah said./
Rebecca smiled. "I like her," she said grinning.
Zach rolled his eyes, "So what are you saying I should do?" he asked."I'm saying that could could a) be with the person you love forever, or b) lose the person you love to some blood thirsty monsters. I think you should pick option a." Susannah answered.
"Thanks Susannah," Rebecca said. "And sleep tight."
"Your welcome. And Zach, if you call me at 3 am again, I'll kill you. Vampire or no vampire." Suannah said. Then she hung up and went to sleep.
"Would it make you feel better if I gave you and Christian another hour to try to figure out something else?" Rebecca asked
"Yes." Zach said, knowing it was only an hour to stall the ineveitable.
"I'll get him," Rebecca said. She climbed the stairs and went up to Christians room. She put a hand on his shoulder and whipered, "one hour or I change."
"What? Who agreed to that?" Christain asked.
"Zach and I," Rebeccas said.{{Srry I didn't post last night; I fell asleep right after i posted last.}}
"What? Why? That traitor." Christain said. He was already starting to stand up, and was walking towards his door to talk to Zach.
"He still doesn't want to," Rebecca told Christian. "But I'm making him."
"Do you have a death wish?!" Christain asked.Zach had heard the whole conversation, and came to stand by the door. "I once asked her that question too."
Rebecca rolled her eyes. "I do not have a death wish!" She said. "I have a being with my boyfriend and brother wish."
"Yeah, yeah." They both said at the same time.
"You two only have fourty-five minutes if you don't want me to go throught with this figure something else out."
"Come on." Zach said, and he and Christain went to work on stratagiezing.
Rebecca followed after them. Although she'd never admit it a very small part of her was afraid of the pain she knew was comming.
"Something, we need something." Zach said as he started to pace."I know, I know." Christain muttered, his face close to the computer screen, "I've looked and looked. There are no loop holes. How smart is that hiking friend of yours? You think she might know something?" Christain asked, grasping at straws.
"I don't think we should call her," Rebecca said. "She was pretty pissed when Zach called her earlier."
"Yeah, well we haveno other options." Zach sighed, he got out his phone."What?" Susannah snapped.
"Um, yeah, sorry to bother you-again-but um, we need you're help." Zach said.
Rebecca stood to the side watching the clock closely. "30 minutes," she said.
"With what?" Susannah asked."Well, it's a long story." Zach said
"Longer than the one you just told me?" she asked.
"Yeah." Zach siad.
"Ugh, fine, I'll be over in 5 minutes." she said, then hanged up.
Rebecca just leaned against the wall, she wasn't all that worried, she was pretty sure she would still get her way.
Susannah knocked on the door.Zach let her in, and he and Christain spent the next 5 minutes filling her in.
"20 minutes," Rebecca chimed in when they were done.
"If you guys havent thought of anything in...8 hours, what makes you think I can come up with something in 20 minutes?" Suannah asked.They shrugged, "We had no other options."
Reebecca smiled and looked at herself in the mirror imagining what she would look like with crimson eyes.
"Hm...well, I have no idea. All your ideas sound good, but then there's the downsides that are pricey, so you dont have any other options." Susannah said.
"Do you guys still want your 10 minutes? Or are you ready to accept that this is the only way?" Rebecca asked. Then she went over to Susannah. "Thanks for siding with me," she said. "And I know you're not going to be thrilled about this but now you have to go to Jacob's place."
"One, I dont like this any more than they do, but it's the smartest option. Two, why?" Susannah asked.
"Because now he and the other werewolves are the only ones who can protect you now," Rebecca said.
"Then...why doesnt christain come too?" Susannah asked.
