"Just tell her that you've been thinking since she left and that you realized that you want her, but that you can't really leave me just yet, and that you want to see her," Rebecca said. "But make it really convincing like you would rather her over me."

[Cielo]

Zach nodded, and called Jacquleen.

[Nymronyn]

Jacquleen looked at the number and smiled. "Hey babe," she said the moment she flipped open her phone.

[Cielo]

Zach had to fight down the urge to snap at her for calling him that. He turned away from Rebecca before he started talking, because he was afraid he wouldnt be able to say what he needed to say if he was looking at her, "Hey, Jacquleen," he said, trying to remember how he had talked to her when they were still together. "I just want you to know how sorry I am" he added a hint of pleading to come into his voice, "I was thinking, and I've realized that...that I want you more than that other girl you saw here, but I don't want to brake up with her jusst yet, because I have to figure out a way to let her down gently, but I have to see you, and I was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies with me?" Zach said.

Rebecca's ground her teeth together. She knew that Zach didn't mean what he was saying but it still bothered her. Did he have to be so good at faking it?

Jacquleen smile widened. "I knew you'd change your mind," she said. "And yes I'd love to go to the movies with you. When and what movie?"

[Cielo]

Crap Zach thought. "When and what movie?" he whispered to Rebecca, holding the phone away from his mouth.

[Nymronyn]

Clash of the Titans... tomorrow, she said in Zach's head her teeth still clenched.

[Cielo]

"Clash of the Titans, tomorrow." zach said smiling. he added the smile to help him sound more cheerful at the idea.

[Nymronyn]

"Sounds great," Jacquleen said. "See you then."

[Cielo]

"K, bye." Zach said, then he hung up, and sighed.

[Nymronyn]

THe moment Zach hung up the phone Rebecca relaxed a little bit then git tense again. "I don't know if I can do this," she said looking at her phone.

[Cielo]

"You don't have to if you don't want to." zach said, "I'll just...break up with her again." Zach said, paleing at the thought. That would make him truely heartless, to get someones hopes up, then smash them to the ground...but he would to it, if it stopped Rebecca from getting hurt.

[Nymronyn]

"No," Rebecca said. She knew that it would bother Zach too much to break Jacquleen's heart again no matter how funny she thought it was. "But I don't know if you wanna hear. You did a great job with Jacquleen, and it drove me insane, but how it's gonna be with me talking to Kyle is going to be even worse."

[Cielo]

Zach shook his head, "You talk to him, and I'll be right here." he said.

[Nymronyn]

Rebecca nodded, she was actually glad Zach wasn't leaving it made her feel safer. She oppened her phone and slowly dialed Kyles number.

Rebecca closed her eyes and tried to imagine that Zach wasn't in the room with her, she would never be able to say what she needed to if she was looking at him. "Hey Kyle," she said. "I haven't been able to get you out of my head since the other night." She wasn't completely lying about that, no matter how hard she tried to supress them memories of what had happened with Kyle kept creaping into her thoughts.

[Cielo]

Kyle smiled, "I knew it. That show was just for the poor joker that was at your house right?"

[Nymronyn]

"Of course it was," Rebecca said. "It always was. He's just like really fragile and I have to figure a way to let him down gently, but I need to see you again soon or I think I'll explode."

[Cielo]

Kyle smiled, "You tell me when and where, baby, and I'll be there."

Zach took deep even breaths. It took everything he had no to take what she was saying to heart.

[Nymronyn]

"Clash of the Titans tomorrow night," Rebecca said.

[Cielo]

"You're penciled in." Kyle said jokingly. He actually had nowhere to be, and didnt even have a datebook.

[Nymronyn]

"Cant wait," Rebcca said. "See ya tomorrow."

[Cielo]

"Bye," Kyle said, then he hanged up.

Rebecca hung up and nearly threw her phone across the room.

[Cielo]

Zach looked at her, "Have you stopped talking to him?" he asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Mhm," she said putting her phone down and pushing it far away from her.

[Cielo]

"Thank god." Zach said. "You...you dont really think I'm too fragile that you couldnt break up with me if you wanted to, do you?" zach asked. He hated having to ask, but it was something he used to get teased about in middle school. That he was too nice, too much like a girl. Then in high school, he hid that part of him, carefully avoiding instances that he knew he would be too nice. He became popular, but he never changed. Hearing Rebecca say that had brough up old memories he had tried hard to forget about.

[Nymronyn]

"I told you you wouldn't like what I would have to say," she mumbled more to herself. "But no I don't think you're to fragile."

[Cielo]

"Ok, good. And you're right, I didnt like what you had to say. But even if I had known before hand, I still would have chosen to stay." Zach said.

[Nymronyn]

"I'm glad," Rebecca said lying her head on Zachs shoulder.

"So...how do we make sure they dont know we were faking it?" Zach asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Well if we tell them the movie starts later then it does it'll be dark and they won't notice," Rebecca said afetr a thinking for a moment.

[Cielo]

"Ok...and how do we make sure they sit near each other?" Zach asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Well who do we want to get there first?" Rebecca asked an idea forming.

[Cielo]

"Um...Jaqculeen?" Zach guessed.

[Nymronyn]

"Ok so then you text her and say that you're running late and that you need her to save you a seat. Then I'll text Kyle telling him I've got a seat. Then ask Jacquleen where she's sitting and I'll pass the info on to Kyle and then they're sitting together none the wiser that it isn't us."

[Cielo]

"Ok..." Zach said.

[Nymronyn]

"There's still the fact that we have to see Jacquleen tomorrow at school."

[Cielo]

"Wait-what?" Zach asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Welll you said you dated her last year so it stands to reason that she goes to our school." Rebecca explained. "And tomorrow is Monday."

[Cielo]

"Yeah but...do I have to talk to her or anything?" he asked.

[Nymronyn]

"Well if she talks to you first, which we know she will, you'll have to reasponed."

[Cielo]

Zach groaned, "Fine." he said.

[Nymronyn]

Rebecca chuckled. "Well what did you expect to happen when you asked out a psyco ex-girlfriend?" She asked jokingly.

[Cielo]

Zach glared, "Yeah, well, I was only doing what you told me to. I wasnt exactly thinking that far ahead."

"Yeah yeah I know," Rebecca said.

Zach just sat there, deep in thought.

Rebecca glanced up at him. "Something wrong " she asked.

Zach shook his head, "No, I'm just trying to try to get into character. I alos feel a little bad about lying."
