"Out of everything I've done, and everyone I've hurt, I don't think anything can compare to what I've done to you," she whispered between sobs. "And I don't think there is anything I can do to apologize, so I understand if you want to leave." she got up off the couch and started up the stairs to her room.

Zach sat there, thinking. He loved her, he couldnt help that. But he also wasnt sure if he could forgive her for what she had done.Christain walked in. He had had the shadows eavesdrop for him, and he sat next to Zach. "It starts that way for everyone, but with you it ended differently." he said.
Rebecca sat up in her room crying silently. The large part of her wanted Zach to come up and forgive her and say that there was a way for them to work everything out. But there was the one part that reminded her that all she did was hurt him, and that he was better off now that she couldn't hurt him. "What have i done?" she whispered to the room.
Zach nodded, "Yes, but then why should i forgive her?" he asked. He needed someone to tell him why, someone who wasnt blinded bby love for her."Do you love her?" Christain asked.
"Yes." he said.
"Then thats the only answer you need." Christain said.
Zach nodded and started to walk up the stairs.
In the short time it had taken Christian help Zach realize that he loved her enough to forgive her Rebecca had curled up into a ball and cried her self to sleep. Even in her sleep her body shook and tears rolled down her cheeks onto her pillow.
Zach sat down next to her, and rubbed her hair out of her face, gently.
Rebecca felt Zach's touch and thought she was dreaming. Rather than smile at her dream though she shook harder and she began to whimper quietly.
Zach pulled her into a hug, and gently rocked her.
Rebecca's eyes slowly fluttered open and she saw that she was in Zachs arms and that he was comforting her and sobbed even harder. "Oh Zach," she mumbled pressing her face into Zachs chest.
"Shhhh..." Zach whispered softly. He felt stupid. She had hurt him, and he was comforting her, yet he couldnt make himself let go of her and turn his back on her either.
Rebecca wrapped her arms around him and held on tightly. "I'm so sorry Zach," she kept mumbling.
Zach rubbed her back, and kept murmering 'shhh, shhh, it's ok' over and over.
Rebecca's sobs gradually began to slow but never fully stopped. "How can you forgive me?" she asked pulling her head out if Zach's shoulder, sounding disgusted with herself.
Zach shrugged, "I dont know. Forgive you or not, I cant stop loving you. Whats done is done, and staying mad at someone I love wont help change it." he said.
((iz star still there?????? ill just make it so she left and came back again)) star showed up in christans room
"Crap!" Rebecca moaned and her head slumped into Zach's shoulder.{{Sorry it took so long but I like fell dead asleep right after i posted.}}
"What?" Zach asked.Christain looked up, "Hey." he said.
"Your answer proved it! I am dreaming." she moaned. " And since this is a dream this cant do me any damage so I have to tell you one more thing," she said lying her head on his shoulder and curling her knees into her chest. Her shoulders still shook periodically and her breaths came in shutters.
"Before you loved me but after I loved you all I ever thought about was having you under my spell because you were all that I wanted. I had never wanted anyone under my spell as much as I wanted you under my spell because at the time you could never love me." She said looking at her knees, thinking she was just talking to a dream.
"Isn't that what you just told me?" ZAch asked, confused.
"No I only told what I had done not what I wanted to do," she said stroking his hair. "You cant imagine what it's like for me now having her thoughts floating around after how much I wanted you before. Zach I can't take it anymore," she said standing. "Even in my sleep this hurts too much, I dont deserve you or your forgiveness. You should go." She walked over to the window and looked out with tear filled eyes her voice had begun to crack at the end of the sentence giving the on coming tears away.{{Hey could you have Zach try to convince her she isn't dreaming.}}
Zach looked confused. "This isn't a dream. I am real, you are real, and my forgiveness is real." he said.
"God Zach stop it!" She cried throwing open the window and climbing up onto the sill. "Please stop. I cant take it anymore. I need to wake up," she said sticking her head out the window and looking down.
Zach's eyes got wide, "No, no, no. For the love of god Rebecca, get away from the damn window ledge!"
"Zach I love you," she whispered. "I'll see you around. But when I do you'll probably hate." Then she whistled and leapt out the window.
Zach ran to the edge, then thinking he was an idot, he ran down stairs and out of the door, to see of she was hurt. He cursed himself the whole way. If he was not as smart as he is, he would hate her, and this would never have happened, but he wasnt one to hold strong grudges. He walked to where he had seen her fall.
Before she was even half way to the ground a broom had zoomed through an opened window window and caught her. "Dammit!" she muttered as the broom lowered to Zachs side. "Crap! I'm not dreaming. If I was I would have hit the ground and woken up."
Zach angrily walked up to her, "What the hell is your problem! I told you it wasnt a dream. If it wasnt for that damn broom you would be jelly on the floor!" Zachs voice cracked slightly as he thought about what could have been, and he had to clear his throat to regain his composure.
"Hey there was never any chance of me getting hurt, the broom would either have caught me, or i would hit the ground and woken up cause it was a dream. And besides that is exactly what would happen in a dream cause I wouldn't have wanted it to be a dream so my my mind would have made you say it wasn't," she said almost smiling
Zach sighed, "Rebecca, Rebecca. If my forgiveness is too much for you, I will leave, just promise me, no jumping out of windows, ok? I dont care how much you think its a dream." then he slowly started walking away, thinking he would rathernot see Rebecca, than for there to be no Rebecca.
"No," Rebecca said catching Zach's hand. She pulled him to her and kissed him passionately. Then her broom slipped up and lifted them up into the air while she still kissed him.
Zach kissed her with as much love as he could muster, wich was so much it surprised him-he had never felt like that while kissing Star, while holding her tightly. He wasnt going to let her fall ever again. Not as long as he was still alive anyway. Although, he was going to watch her closely every time she got close to a window.
Rebecca pulled away and put her hand on Zach's cheek. "I love you," she said. "With all my heart."
Zach sighed, "I love you too, Rebecca. So much it hurts sometimes. But a good hurt." he said.
Rebecca cracked a smile slightly sad half smile. Then grabbed hold of her broom. "Hold on tight," she said hunching forward slightly so that they would move faster once they started moving.
Zach held on to her waist tightly. He coulnt keep her from falling if he fell.
Rebecca smiled her cheeks still tear streaked then took off over the trees like a bullet speeding off towards the beach.
Rebecca did a barrel roll then lowered the broom to just above the water and put her hand in it so it skimmed the surface. She took one of Zach's hands from her waist and holding it in hers lowered it into the water.
Zach's fingers touched the cool water, and he smiled. "So are you ok?" he asked.
"I think I will be," she said. "As soon as I can get her thoughts and wants under control. But there was a reason I bought you out here."
Zach raised an eyebrow, and looked around. There wasnt much around them, "Why?" he asked.
"To show you who I am," she said flying towards the Quilaute Reservation to introduce Zach to her cousin Kahlan. They touched down in the wood just outside the reservation. "Come on," she said leading him to Kahlan's house.
Zach eyed her, "More secrets?" he asked.
"No just explanations," she said knocking on the door.Kahlan answered the door and hugged her cousin. Then she saw Zach and her eyes widened. "Rebecca!" she whispered urgently. "I thought I told you it's wrong to control people. I know mine is worse."
"Kahlan I'm not controling him," Rebecca said. "And you dont have to whisper about powers around him he knows about mine, and yours are sort of the reason." Then she looked at Zach. "She's why I have my power to control people."
Zach knew he looked confused, and hated it. "Um...come again?" he asked.
"This is my cousin Kahlan her mom is...""Don't tell him about me." Kahlan cut her off.
"Kahlan he already know's about almost everything except you. He even knows about the Cullens and Christian."
"Fine you can tell him."
"Kahlan's mom is my dad's sister, and her moms power is that she can make people fall in love with her. So in love that there more like her slave. I got my control from that. When my aunt uses her power it lasts until she dies. So she usually only use it in a life or death situation. But Kahlan's hold isn't as permanent because of her father, but you dont need to know about him."

Zach nodded, then held out his hand, "Nice to meet you." he said.
Kahlan crinkled her nose and shook his hand briefly before whipping her hand on her pants. "Becca, he smells like leech," she whined."That's because he used to date one," Rebecca said.
Kahlan bared her teeth and growled.
Rebecca stepped in between Zach and Kahlan defensively her eyes turning black.
